Comfort Rooms Best Service. Good Room Quality staff behaviour good

I have booked the hotel through make my trip and pay full payment online when book the room but when I am reaching at hotel, hotel owner demanding the extra amount without given any bills or any reason.

Spacious room, comfy bed and Friendly behaviour staff. Perfect location for stay in near ambuja Cement.

Worst of my travel experience. Doesn't have wash basin, shower doesn't come over head, it fall on chest. No restaurant available. No lift, you have to use stairs for 4th floor. Everytime you ask for food, they will ask for seperate service charges. TV is not working. Wi Fi not available. Water is also salty, you can't gargle. No blanket. Worst. Traffic noise is irritating.

Lila Guest House exceeded my expectations with impeccable service, a comfortable room, and excellent amenities including WiFi and room services. The location was quiet yet convenient, and the dining experience was superb. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Service desk person always want bribes and make losses for the owner by taking some amount from the customer and not letting them know owner
