The restaurant is so pet friendly. We are totally satisfied from theirs behaviour. Tourist spots are very close to the hotel.

Nice experience, Clean rooms and Prompt service. Rooms available at cheap rate starting from 800.

Our experience with Pariwar Hotel in March 2024 was extremely disappointing. Initially promised 5 bedrooms at 1000rs. per room with complimentary breakfast, we later agreed to book at New Pariwar Hotel in Purulia for 1200rs. per room, still inclusive of breakfast. However, our optimism based on their assurance of a newly constructed facility was shattered upon arrival. The reality starkly contrasted with their claim as the rooms displayed signs of neglect, damage, and a lack of basic amenities, undermining the credibility of their initial assurance. Upon reaching the hotel close to midnight due to train delays, our disappointment grew. The new hotel provided 3 acceptable rooms, but the 2 rooms on the top floor were unacceptable. They resembled servant quarters, lacked basic necessities, and were charged at an exorbitant 1200rs. each. These rooms had damaged floors, walls, and rat droppings on the windows. Adding to the frustration, the water supply in some rooms was inadequate, taking an excessive half an hour to fill a small bucket. Basic amenities like drinking water, glasses, towel, soap and basins were missing. Staff and managers displayed rude behavior despite our group being only ladies and children. To make matters worse, they admitted to pricing the subpar rooms at 800rs. but charged us 1200rs. per room. The promised complimentary breakfast was also denied, leaving us feeling deceived. On the last day, despite paying for 2 rooms for 2 hours, they claimed no availability and insisted we leave, showing a complete lack of understanding or empathy. As a group of women and children, we felt helpless and mistreated. We strongly discourage booking with Pariwar Hotel due to deceptive practices, substandard facilities, and disrespectful treatment towards guests. Our experience was far from the promised quality, and we urge others to avoid this establishment.

We visited this hotel from 25th of March to 28th of March,they charged rs 1200 for one room, we booked 4rooms,and all of the rooms are very bad with no proper service, behaviour is very rude,they don't have a window in washroom anyone can see from outside,I would suggest not to visit this hotel,they are taking charge and giving no facilities like drinking water, cleaning etc...there food quality and quantity is also very bad.... there are many hotels here which are better than this hotel charging same and giving a very good facility

I have booked 4 rooms in this hotel for 1 day for a family trip from 24th dec to 25th dec 2023. have made the payment of 1000 rupees through gpay mentioning the room no, for whom i am booking and date as well. they have given wrong receipt for 24th october to 25th october. our mistake was that we have overlooked the dates. but when i confronted with gpay screenshot they were telling that you have edited it. They are fraud people. dont ever book this hotel. Some illiterate, fraud people are running this hotel and from their tone of voice i can definitely say that their behaviour was very rude.

Very nice hotel and place and too good hotel staff and their behavior

Location is very good. But cleanliness and hygiene did not meet the expectations. Behaviour of the staff also is not very good. Food quality is very poor. The pan in the bathroom was loosely fitted. Water supply in bathroom was very bad. There was no water in bathroom in the morning. But the atmosphere and the surrounding environment was very nice.

First of all I want to say, I have a horrible experience at this hotel because the management is so very much wasted, worsted & the behaviour of all the staffs are so very much bad, at first they take the charges in advance. After giving the payment to them, they give me a uncleaned room, there is so very much dirty & potty at there, no water supply in the bathroom, no electricity supply in the room at most of the times, and the fooding quality is also so very much poor. After all that, when I tell them, they have don't care attitudes. So, don't be there at any cost, at so called pariwar hotel.
