Food service and quality need to be improved. The payment system should be more flexible. For example, if a booking deposit was paid in cash, the final payment should also be possible in cash, UPI, or card, depending on the available payment options at the venue. Lastly, I want to appreciate the well-maintained garden, kids' activity zone, and the overall cleanliness. Thank you.'

The only good thing about the property is its location and the surroundings. Apart from that there is nothing noteworthy about this property. Terrible food and service. Rooms are ill maintained.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms were poorly maintained, unclean, and completely uncomfortable. Everything about this place is disappointing. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs--don't waste your time or money here!

We had stayed here two time, in 2023 November and 2024 December and I am providing the pros and cons below: Pros: 1. As it's a Government property it's area as a resort is massive and provides a various types of rooms under very affordable price. Lowest amount of AC Bedroom for 2 people would be 1444/- and A dormitory for 12 people would be around 2400-2600/- . 2. Food cost is at medium level. 3. I would say the most attractive point of this resort is the LOCATION. It's in the Ajodhya hill top and all the tourists places like Marble Lake, Bamni Falls, Turga Falls , Upper Dam, Lower dam are under 10-15 KMs from this resort. 4. The perking is spacious as well, so don't have to worry if you visit here by Bike or Car. Cons: 1. I have given 3 star on Service, and I believe it can get better. We had a issue with the bed-sheet and pillow cover as it was having stain, but even after asking multiple times we didn't receive the bed-cover on the first day. On the second after asking again, we received the bed-sheet but not the pillow cover. 2. I think food taste could have been better. I would suggest to explore the nearby restaurants if you don't find this resort's food tasty enough (Like we did). 3. It's mentioned in the Google that this resort offers Wifi but at reception we were denied about the wifi availability. So, its a major drawback. Fact: This place is not Pet-friendly, so plan accordingly if you have one. Other than these three points I feel everything else was good about this place.

The rooms are very good and comfortable. Food is good . Service is not very good here.

Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price. Lots of amenities inside one campus.

So stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall the rooms are ok, not so great. Its a govt. property so.... Kind a looks old. Rooms have some damps as well. Food is not good at all. We ate once and never went back. Everything is bland. Mostly old people stay here. Alcohol and pets are ban as well. Only good thing that I liked is there is a balcony. Recommended if u r low on budget.
