I recently stayed at this resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional -- every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel welcome. The food was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The resort itself is well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of great service, amazing food, and a peaceful stay. I can't wait to come back!

A tad pricy but worth it experience. Top notch service and thoughtful facility. Buffet dinner us actually is actually very good and not like other places just for making up numbers. Overall 5 stars P Singh

Overall stay is good .. Stafs are friendly and cooperative like Souvik. They take care of the children as well specially chhabi and Jyoti we very helpful... Food is also good and the food staf like baneswar were always there to coordinate. Just one point the in room services can be improved a bit

Today we goes Kushal palli resort for enjoying our holidays... wher we shere the property is so good rooms are so beautiful and beautiful swimming pool. Staff services is so good, so coprative staff specially i meet SAURAV sir and chhabi maam also in resection , i like his style way of talking, he describes so fultenly.....I hope when next time we will came into kushal palli Saurav sir become a Manager...

Overall had a fantastic experience. Presidential villa is over hyped for the prices charged. Would definitely recommend to go for pool villa. Food is awesome and staff is very courteous. Dont plan to go for Nature walk, not at all maintained forest with no birds or animals to watch

Room no.422 house keeping services are fantabulous and the behaviour of the staff is super kind specially abhijit bhaiya. He is really sweet and kind. The ambiance of the restaurant is very good specially NEHA mama working over there is very nice her behaviour is the sweetest behaviour.

A truly beautiful resort! I have visited multiple times, yet each visit feels like the very first--the level of maintenance and cleanliness is simply impeccable. The resort offers a delightful experience with its lush garden, serene poolside, well-kept golf course, tranquil lake, kids' play area, temple, reading room, and a cozy evening snacks section. Every corner is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The rooms are elegantly decorated, offering stunning views and a warm, inviting ambiance. The buffet spread is an absolute treat, offering a variety of delicious, well-prepared dishes that cater to all tastes. Each meal is a feast, making dining here a highlight of the stay. A special mention of the enchanting evening programs, featuring performances by local talent. Their music and cultural showcases add a unique charm, making the nights here even more special. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sudipto (GM) and Mr. Amit (Manager, F&B) for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. Excellent resort with all amenities and services. The staff of the resort are extremely well behaved , special mention to Mr. Krishnendu in reception,Mr. Kunal ;the Restaurant Manager & Mr Santosh in service who were of great help. The resort is family friendly with babies. The rooms were clean & cozy with big beds. The pools are beautiful and have every depth. My only suggestion will be to add items like French toast,Pan cake,Chicken sausage,Custard in the breakfast buffet and proper Bengali vegetable curry,chicken preparations & Mutton in Lunch & Dinner buffets.Breakfast is complementary but Lunch & Dinner buffets are very costly per person i.e cost is almost to the tune of BBQ Nation's Buffet but not many Bengali dishes. One can have ala carte of Bengali dishes but at that cost of the buffet resort must add Bengali dishes to the buffet menu.Resort arranges Chhau Dance and other musical programs in the evening free of cost. The ambience is great and overall a beautiful experience.
