Summit Jungle Lodge, Lansdowne

Very good hospitality. Airy rooms. Good place to stay. The resort was very clean. A good value for your money. |The food was also fine. you can visit the place with family. They have a good play room also with TT and foosball table. Ourkids enjoyed.

Rooms area specially designed wooden, and bery good ambience. |On the way to Lansdowne. Staffs supportive and courteous. ||Good food and location..loved the place...parking available..nice weather. View is amazing. Lovely jungle and mountain view.

We booked a cottage and paid a premium, expecting it to be a separate unit rather than just a regular hotel room. However, the only difference from the standard rooms was wooden flooring/walls. The food was terrible-- served cold once and in one instance, even burnt. We specifically chose this hotel for its swimming pool, but it was extremely dirty. Despite reminding the staff daily, they only removed the leaves but never switched on the filter to properly clean the pool. Additionally, they did not provide a hair dryer or toiletries as mentioned on MMT. We packed based on the facilities listed, which caused us inconvenience. There were frequent power cuts--at least twice every hour. Wifi didnt work and phone provided for calling reception wasn't working either. Didn't fix it despite alerting them The place is also infested with monkeys. If you pay extra for a private balcony to enjoy the views, it's practically unusable because of them. It was so bad that monkeys were banging their heads against the window, trying to get inside. Everything we paid a premium for--the cottage, the private balcony, the swimming pool--was unusable.

It was a wonderful stay...amazing staff... Classy food with really amazing taste which satisfy ur taste buds, superb ambience, totally blend with the nature, must visit property in lansdowne. Worth for money.. we booked with breakfast n it was a grt deal...

Excellent, affordable resort with private parking, this was my second time visiting, about 18 kms before Lansdowne town. As expected found excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Rooms and attached washrooms were very clean and spacious with all amenities, super comfortable beds and clean linen. Staff are friendly and eager to serve, restaurant is good, with prices on the upper side but they do offer a discount on check out. All in all a good resort to stay near Lansdowne. Will definitely recommend and stay again if needed.

The hotel was good, the rooms were nice and clean. I didn't spend the night because I just felt "too quiet" there. If you're looking for something quiet and aloof, it's the place for you.

Why am I being asked to pay for an extra bed when I've already paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 children? The extra bed should be included with my booking. Since I've already paid extra for 2 children, please provide the extra bed at no additional cost. I have booked the hotel room for the coming weekend, 12-14 April.

I had a very poor stay at this property, I booked this property as per my experience at Gangtok.||||This property experience is pathetic and not justified with the cost i paid:||||1- Room cleanliness is pathetic, washrooms are dirty looks like 1-2 star hotel. Requested them for good room during check in.||||2- I have booked for 2 days, requested for separate room, but they provided the shared room with a gate in between Where other room is making a snorting sound whole night, couldn't sleep for whole night, along with my 2 years daughter and wife.||||3-Paid extra for private balcony room, instead of standout. Balcony is full of monkeys and hotel staff said, they cannot do anything about this. Just provided me one stick to handle monkeys.||||||Manager was never present at hotel to resolve queries. In night also, they left complete hotel front desk with Watchmen. No one there to help resolve issues.||||Overall, I didn't had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only food was good.
