Samlaun Homestay

This is not less than a paradise, for bird watchers, nature lovers. The owners are courteous and the architecture planning of the homestay is exceptional.One has to stay a minimum of 2 Nights or more to get the real essence of the place. Must stop between Gangotri and Kedarnath. Exceptional peace of mind. Enjoy.

It was an amazing and really comfy homestay.. the hosts were so humble and polite.. nice view.. food and the city is also quite near.. and hospitality was top notch.. the whole cute family works together to keep the place Lively!! Fun place and amazing people.. will visit again :)

Best homestay in tehriwith beautiful view of mountains and tehri lake. The prices are very affordable and the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. U can even enjoy the food. Everything is on a walking distance. If you ever go to tehri and wants to stay there, must visit the samlaun homestay.

Best Homestay in New Tehri with beautiful view of tehri lake. Such a beautiful location..! Highly recommended.

It is located at a very nice place where the view is awesome . The rooms are very clean and the balcony gives the best view of the Tehri Lake . Owner is very caring and gentle , they provided us with welcome drink and complementary tea . The homestay is directly over the highway with plenty of parking space . Overall we had a great time in the homestay.

Our team was travelling for a shoot project. A local guide suggested us to give Samlaun a try. Our overnight stay experience was beyond phenomenal amidst the scenic beauty in the lap of Himalayas. Absolute 5 experience!! Highly recommended. 10/10 would visit again.
