All facilities are excellent.. Room service and service boys are always at your door steps.. Food quality excellent.. Mainly a small matter but big care is that they give water as you want not like many hotels who immediately tell that it would be billed. Morning 4.30 am they gave morning tea and packed breakfast to all the pilgrims too.. Just they need to add power back up. Rest all fine

This hotel was a big letdown. We walked into our room, and no electricity! The staff just said that we don't have power backup. We waited in the dark for three hours, and only when we complained again did they finally turn on some power. Then, the room had no towels, and the soap box was empty. We couldn't even make tea or coffee because there were no supplies. The bedding was really dirty, which was gross. Basically, the service was terrible. The only good thing? The view of the Ganga River was beautiful. But that's about it. Everything else was a mess, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they fix a lot of things.

Only positive part is the location, everything else is a mess. They have few staff in the hotel who acts more as guests. Would have given negative rating given as option.

Will definitely visit again.

Very excellent and wonderful location , We stayed here for two nights during our Gangotri Dham darshan. The view outside the hotel is very spectacular, both dinner and breakfast are excellent and the service of all the staff is five star Every room of this resort has a wonderful view of the Bhagirathi River.

No power back-up, frequent power cuts, irresponsible staff, staff could not locate our room keys only, we had to keep waiting for the same, No soap in the washroom, No drinking water provided, Geyser was not working, Rooms were full of dust, Bedsheet's were dirty.
