I was on the Char Dham Yatra with my family and stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was extremely poor. I had booked a double room, but when I entered the room, it was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase properly. It was completely different from what was shown or expected. I requested to change the room, and the staff made me wait for almost an hour, only to tell me that no rooms were available. Later, they asked me to go to another nearby hotel which they said was owned by the same group. This whole process was frustrating and wasted a lot of our time. Apart from this, the hotel was badly managed and unhygienic. I spoke with other passengers who were also unhappy with their stay. The rooms were not clean, food quality was poor, and basic services were lacking. At checkout, some of the hotel staff came asking for tips despite the bad experience. When I refused, they started misbehaving and speaking in their local language in a way that clearly felt disrespectful and aggressive. This hotel is not suitable for families or pilgrims. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here during their journey. The behavior of the staff and the poor conditions completely spoiled the experience.

Had a great experience staying at Hotel Dev Bhoomi. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The food was also really good - simple, delicious, and satisfying. The staff was courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Uttarkashi

Basic cleanliness was missing - the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and there were no towels in the room. The food was of poor quality, and not at all suitable for travelers looking for comfort after a long journey. The staff was rude and uncooperative. Whenever we asked for something, they either ignored us or responded very poorly. There was no proper management, and we had to ask for every small thing ourselves, which shows a serious lack of hospitality. We strongly recommend others to avoid this hotel during their yatra or travel. It does not provide even the minimum standard of cleanliness, service, or respect for guests. Look for better-rated options nearby to ensure your pilgrimage is not disrupted by such experiences.

Hotel location was good, huge parking space, I stayed so many times with our group, excellent hospitality we got here, very polite staff and well mannered. Rooms are so specious with all modern amenities even lift facility is also available here wifi facility.we got back side room with mountain facing, what a beautiful view was there from that side. Restaurant was also so specious with all facilities, dinner was superb, breakfast as well.. Thanks to "Hotel devbhoomi" and whole team for nice hospitality and services.. We recommend to others also while going to uttarkashi if u want good services stay in devbhoomi..
