Service is good. Hotel is just behind the lake in Uttarkashi. It's in Joshiyada on National Highway (NH) 34.

The lousiest hotel not worth the money.|Very unhygienic. Bathrooms infested with white ants.|Seepages in room |Kitchen very dirty. Won't Like having food. Mostly Parathas in breakfast.|They even charge for water bottles.|No provision for tea / coffee in room.|AC's not maintained. No cooling.|It seems owners are least interested in running it efficiently.|Very bad experience.

I have done booking with 5 Element hotel, somebody called from hotel and asked for my hotel booking ID and cancelled my booking from their side on my behalf. Terrible experience. On Enquiring to the hotel, lady said that rent for hotel has increased now and hence they cancel my booking on my behalf. It seems to be fruad to me.

very good hotel for stay, staff very helpful, always willing to help. Food was delicious, would recommend for clients to stay. has best views of river flowing besides the hotel. All together 16 rooms, all decent and hygienic rooms

No comments. When I see old reviews felt bad. We visited on june 3rd week 2023. Service is too good. Food is too great. They even prepare what we ask and whatever the time we ask. Even rooms are tidy and at great location. Dont worry about previous reviews for this hotel. This is really good hotel. Staffa are too much supporting

I didnt expected much facility and hospitality from uttarkashi. I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and found it very good. Booked one 5 bed family room and one double bed room. Rooms were clean and neat. Washroom was clean but not upto the mark. Needed bit maintenance. Staff was polite and service was quick. View of bhagirathi dam and uttarkashi city was great. They have restaurant on top floor. Buffet was nice. Limited items but good to taste.|| Check-in and check-out process was smooth. They have nice parking area and space for drivers.|| Overall a nice experience and recommendable hotel.

I went with three of my friends in April from Delhi. We reached Uttarkashi by 6 in the evening and this was the only decent hotel we could found in the town. We booked a single large room having two double beds and one single bed. Bedsheets looked doubtful to me so we asked them to change. There is a guy in this hotel called Bobbin Singh Rawat aged around 14 or 15 who managed to did everything we asked him with a smile on his face. We wanted to have non veg for dinner but it was not available. So we paid them to bring it from outside and cook for us. Chicken curry they made was okay types. Beds were comfortable. In the morning the view of Bhagirathi river from the window of our room was incredible. We had a breakfast in the restaurant of this hotel which included paranthas and omelette. Food was tasty but it took them quite a long to serve us as there was only one guy in the kitchen who was preparing all stuff. It may be because of a off season staff was not in full strength. Overall I would say it is an average hotel where one can stay for a night not more then that. After the breakfast we went to our destination i.e Harsil which is the most beautiful place along this Gangotri stretch.

No hot water, Free break fast but not provide until 9 morning. Dirty room, bathroom, dining hall, kitchen. Full payment paid in advance but no given service as per price. Outside view of Hotel is very good but inside it is very very dirty, staff not co-operative. Waste of full money.
