Shivroots cafe & lounge ( MUSSOORIE )

Our experience at Shiv Roots was marred by extreme violence. After a simple order inquiry, my friend was verbally and physically assaulted, including being struck with a frying pan. The staff further threatened us with baseball bats, forcing us to flee

A horrible place to stay at the staff was totally illiterate and didn't have any manners I just went to inquiry about my oder then I suddenly got attacked by two people I had bruise's on my face even as we speak. I highly recommend not to stay

This was very bad hotel i have ever seen in my 8 years of hotel experience, Bad condition of Room, Broken washroom, smelling blanket and every where spiting paan gutka, No one is there for room service, that was very bad night in my life, i just adjusted due to no other option in night. And owner is not there. he even didn't pick the calls and you could be waiting outside longer than hours

Very beautiful location and well maintained property with best service

As a traveler venturing beyond Mussorie I could not ask for a better stay. The food prepared by a 5 star chef was excellent and my room accommodated me very well. The manager helped me out at a moment's notice and had the greatest advice for adventure in the locality. Honestly a must visit if staying in Mussorie and want an out-of-town experience that will be humble and unique.

a place that offers round-the-clock service and is suitable for students, bachelors, and couples. While the rooms might be decent, the food is exceptional. Location is 400m away from Kempty Fall.

I stayed there on 22 July, we booked luxury 2 rooms the room they provided me was full of sealon bad smell from washroom and housekeeping was worst 2 hours waiting time for simple tea after multiple reminders, no one was serious about the hospitality. Housekeeping told me that for bad smell from washroom open the washroom gate to room then open main room gate, great solution means first smell will fill up into room then will go out from main gate. When I gave my reviews on goibibo they write their in reply sir you booked staff room even when I booked luxury rooms. And there is no option to reply even. Everything was good that was whether location of property was awesome but nothing from hotel side it was nature somehow we enjoyed.

Great location and very humble service from Manager! They are improving and renovating property. So previous reviews where someone was disappointed, that might be solved!
