Very calm and nice location to view mountains nearby ranikhet, Mahendra ji is a very good host who understood our requirements and acted upon. Food was very tasty . Caretaker took good care of us. We recommend our friends and relatives to visit this place. Rajesh Bangalore

YOU MUST GO! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Manaskhand Homestay in Majkhali, and it was such a lovely experience! The place has a cozy vibe, surrounded by beautiful mountain views that really help you relax and disconnect from the everyday hustle. The hosts are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and while the amenities were simple, they fit perfectly with the laid-back atmosphere. I loved spending time on the balcony, just soaking in the fresh air and stunning scenery. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to escape for a bit and enjoy some peace and quiet while still being close to Ranikhet and its attractions. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a chill getaway!

I had booked this after looking at the reviews and I was not wrong. This place is wonderful with breathtaking views of Himalayas. This is a must stay place if you are coming here. The host Mr. Mahendra and the caretaker were very friendly and trustworthy. During checkin Mr Mahendra had a nice little talk on what are our needs and expectations and it was a good discussion. They also arranged sightseeing for us and it was mesmerizing. You will get home cooked food and it's worth it. They will cook exactly what you ask for and food is delicious. We had tea, aalo paratha, plain paratha with aalo curry, rotis, deep pulses dal, rice, masoor dal, aalo palak, gobi mutter, lauki subji. And when asked for Sweet we were given gur. We also asked for no onions and the request was graciously accepted. Roon Heater was also provided with extra charges 300 per day. 2 blankets per room. Overall we had a wonderful stay and nice service. Thank you.

Lovely place with gorgeous views and wonderful hosts. Close to many beautiful hiking trails and temples. The'Forest healing centre' is very close by and was a hidden surprise with many trails and meditative spots and flora and fauna. Meals were delicious and space is safe and clean. It is a homestay not a resort so expectations must be aligned accordingly. Much recommended. Host is very kind and warm. Great for birdwatching and yoga and meditation.

Very wonderful stay, clean and very safe for family. The staff is very helpful and kind persons, i enjoyed a lot, definitely a good choice in this price.

A Pefect place to stay near ranikhet, if you ever planning to go to ranikhet this is the place to be at, home cooked food, scenic views, amazing views of sunset...loved it... Highly recommended!!

The homestay is located right on the road to Majkhali from Ranikhet. Very peaceful location , close to market place yet untouched from the crowded tourist areas. The owner is a wonderful host and the rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable. Fully functional and loaded Kitchen is also available in the property and there is good walking space inside the property in case u r getting bored in the room. Care taker Anand ji is also available and cooks homely and tasty food on demand. Very good location to watch sunset and admire wildlife especially birds. Shops are nearby , and only 6000 steps to golf course so evening walks are beautiful. Must recommend
