Prateek's Premises

Was travelling with family and i had a decent experience over here. The cottage room was decent, just the double bed mattress was hard. Washrooms were clean and this property has great forest feel.

Rude staff. The owner reported that no customer lived. But dear mister owner you also have restaurant service and I am reviewing for that. We thought that if the restaurant service was good then we would stay there. We don't have a network in our smartphone so we asked for Wi-Fi for some time. They denied!! with a bad tone. Food was also below average and I also ordered green salad which was far from fresh. I thought the owner would take my review seriously and improve his services but unfortunately he also failed!!!!

The food is always delicious, and the location is beautiful. The staff is respectful and supportive. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My friends and me visited there and the staff was soo pathetic mannerless , we ordered 2 things there because there was not other good options to have and that 2 things were so below average but we didn't said anything after eating we were just sitting there and one of their staff came randomly within half an hour and said after one hour there's extra charge for sitting ,Does this even make sense ? Then we started clicking pictures outside and while clicking pictures by mistake my leg just touched the plant and he was there only roaming around us and said you are kicking the plants and said your time is over , we were there for just for an hour or less and this was his behaviour Disgusting staff literally , first ho and learn some manners and then learn how to cook food

I stay in this property for 3 days overall experience was really awesome, Cook and guard yadav ji is really polite in nature and really frequent respond for anytime. Food availability 24x7 and room service staff was also nice. In reception manoj ji nature is really polite. Atlast property owner Trilok ji ka nature bhi acha tha and also he give discount to us, 3 more propeties of prateek primeses also you visit there. Good luckThank you

Amazing experience and great comfortable stay with family, Property is very hygenic,green and hospatility is amazing as well as you feel like your home here. I recommend this place as best staycation.

Wonderful Experience. Best location, Far from crowd and in the near of wood and river. Rooms were good. Homely food was delivered. Staff was very polite and supportive.
