Corbett Fun Resort

A full 5 star service. The location of resort was incredible. I booked jungle view from where I saw deer early morning. Additionally the resort staff was so polite and helpful. I visited the resort with my 6 month baby boy, they provide us fresh fruits like apple and banana there for the baby so that we can prepare pure from them for baby. Overall it is must visit place. Your family can surely have fun and can relax there.

Go with it if you have to spoil your vacation. Will start with it how they made sure that my vacation is what they control and try to make it a mess. - their reception is always empty with no person to be seen, so your are by yourself. - I f you book safari from them, be ready for safari gysy to come by 7:30 while you book it for morning safari which is 6 - 10 am. - our room geyser line was not working since check-in and we had complained after check-in only but till next morning it was not fixed, before leaving for safari also we asked to get this done and was told ki ho jayega, when we came back there was no water at all in bathroom niether cold and nor hot. we were offered water in bucket to bath. later in 20-30 minute cold water started coming in tap but still geyser line was jam. After talking to resort person when I was not getting resolution of problem I asked Agoda since I booked with them and they also denied helping me. When I insited that I will checkout in 10 minutes and need refund then they talked to resort and resort offered to change the room. I agreed to it and that was my biggest mistake again. - Full day we were out and when returned at 8 am. Loud music started playing which continued till 11:43 pm night. Loud music in public anywhere in India is banned after 10 pm and especially in jim corbet jungle it shouldn't be played but people in the resort lawn were drinking dancing and enjoying loud musics and resort people were not doing anything. I called reception and restaurant guys multiple times, no one from resort was responding. went at reception no one was there and restraurant guys were sleeping so didn't disturb them. Called the contact given in Agoda booking and what I hear out was why am I disturbing him so late. Man I didn't have any option, your resort manager is no where present your other staffs no where seen what option do I have when someone after drinking banging at my room door in midnight where I am staying with my family. The person whom I called I told that noone is responding from reception or restraurant then he gave me a mobile number, I called on that number twice but again no response. Anyway soon a big fight broke out between two drink parties (all were so drunk and had bats in their hand to fight). I came out of room and see resort staffs were clueless what to do. I started a rumour police aa gai police aa gai then both drunk parties staying in resort stopped fighting. But drinks in open lawn continued for next 30-40 mintes with shouts which were loud enough to make me awake since 1 am next day. My biggest mistake was to continue after room change as they were not agree to refund. What turned out I paid them to be awake whole night and next morning by 8 am I checked out. Guys, only go if you are ready to be in a noisy unmanaged resort. In one room their water line was not working and in another switchs were damaged and could hurt you with current, commode flush was not working. People after drinking in open lawn will make lewd remarks and can even fight and resort staff can't do anything. If you are going with family then I advice better stay in car than checking in at this resort.

Only 5 star for resturant staff, rest experience was horrible We recently booked a private pool villa at this resort to celebrate Holi with family, expecting a safe and comfortable sta y. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. Unsafe and Unsanitary Private Pool: The private pool that came with our room was in a terrible condition. Despite being advertised as exclusive and well-maintained, it was anything but private or hygienic. Villagers from the nearby area were constantly throwing garbage, dung cakes, and other waste o ver the resort's boundary wall, and a lot of it ended up in our pool. This made the pool completely unusable and created a serious health hazard. We had planned to enjoy Holi with my wife and kids, but instead, we spent most of the time worrying about our safety, fearing that something harmful could be thrown o ver at any moment. Poor Lighting and Lack of Basic Comfort: Inside the villa, the lighting was so poor that it was impossible to get ready properly. The dim lights made basic tasks like getting dressed or applying makeup extremely di fficult. For a resort that claims t o offer a premium experience, this lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. False Impression of Location and Ambience: The approach to the resort was another disappointment. The road leading to the property was left raw and unpa ved, giving the impression that we were entering a jungle. Howe ver, it was nothing but a poorly maintained village road, which the resort has deliberately left in this condition to create a false sense of "adventure." This misleading tactic only adds to the overall dissatisfaction. Size and Amenities - Overhyped and Misleading: The resort itself is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, with a garden that's barely larger than a typical backyard. The o verall size and facilities do not justify the hype and the price they charge. Anyone expecting a luxurious or spacious environment will be se verely disappointed. False Claims About Laundry Damage - A Clear Attempt to Extract Money: To make matters worse, after our stay, the resort made false claims that the laundry (such as towels and bed linens) was damaged. This was nothing but an exaggerated attempt to justify extra charges. Since we were celebrating Holi, it's natural that some color might ha ve been left on the towels and other items -- a completely reasonable consequence of celebrating a festival. Howe ver, instead of acknowledging this as part of the occasion, the management attempted to subtly pressure us int o paying extra by implying that the items were permanently damaged. Such tactics are highly unprofessional and create an uncomfortable situation for guests. Serious Legal Implications: This is not just a matter of inconvenience but a blatant case of negligence that puts guests' safety and health at risk. As per Section 310 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), causing harm by a negligent act that endangers life or personal safety is a punishable offense. If immediate corrective actions are not taken, I or someone else with su fficient time and resources may initiate legal proceedings against the management for endangering the safety of guests and pr oviding misleading information about the resort's facilities. Urgent Action Needed: The resort management needs to take immediate corrective steps, including: Securing the boundary walls to pr e vent waste and hazards from entering. Properly maintaining and cleaning private pools. Impr oving the lighting to pr ovide basic comfort. Fixing the approach road to a void misleading guests about the location. Ensuring fair and transparent billing practices without attempting to extract unnecessary payments from guests. If these issues are not addressed immediately, legal action may be the only course left to ensure that future guests do not ha ve to endure such an unpleasant and unsafe experience.

Very pathetic.. Worst service ever.. Location and ambiance very good.. Best place for spend time with family and friends. Needs to improve service and well trained people.

Recently, I spent two amazing days at this resort, and I can't stop raving about the experience. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends--it's a hidden gem with excellent services and a tranquil atmosphere.

Visited here with my family i booked 3 nights here and the food was very delicious. Property was located in dense forest which give perfect feel of adventure and view was awesome i love to visit here again ad services was lovable. I suggest a trip require proper stay, food and hospitality which I found in Corbett Fun Resort. I recommend visiting first then experiencing the actual service in your own word.

I stayed for 2 nights in this resort. Well maintained garden and rooms even though it is in the middle of jungle which is very thrilling experience. I really enjoyed evening tea/snacks and bbq in the garden. Food option was less but taste was top notch. Overall a pleasant stay!!
