Pathatic room and property condition. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Linen has stains on it. Sofa is dirty and has stains on it. T.v not working, phone not working, wifi not working, lights not working. Whole room is full of seepage. They even charge for water bottle if ask at the time of check in. There were no amenities in the room. No hand wash, no shampoo not even a towel. The reception staff was forcing me to tell the amount for which I have booked the room online. They harrass me for 4hrs to tell the amount. All the things mentioned in Agoda regarding this property is false. Will never recommend this pathatic property to anyone. Beware people, never book this property. They charge hefty amount for rooms with no service. The only thing you will get into this property is Dirt, Stains & Smell. Also staff will harass you.

Staff is very good and food is also good overall property and rooms very good and specious.
Staff is very cooperative, they upgraded our room into a suite for free of cost. Very Big spacious rooms are available at a very nominal price. Located on highway jst before Ramnagar. Definitely recommend to stay once. ADITYA BHARDWAJ
