The Ranikhet Continental - Best Hotel In Ranikhet

We spent two nights at Ranikhet Continental with our family and had a truly memorable stay. The hotel offers a stunning view, and the surroundings are incredibly calm and peaceful -- perfect for relaxation. The in-house food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. We were fortunate to witness a clear view of the Himalayas after a brief shower -- a moment that will stay with us for a long time. If you're looking to escape the chaos of city life and enjoy serene natural beauty with all the comforts of urban living, Ranikhet Continental is a must-visit.

Giving 5 star because there is no option to give 10 out of 5. This hotel surpass all my expectation. Breathtaking views from property itself, location in the lap of nature. They have 2 lovely dogs who will guide you on nearby treks.

The receptionist is very rude and has very less knowledge about the bookings Also we asked for coffee sachets they didn't have those. What kind of hotel that claims to be 3 star do that! The management service was not what you would expect from a decent 3 star hotel. Even I feel room was also not like a 3 star hotel. View is nice from the room though. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I recently stayed at the Ranikhet Continental Resort The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy nature.The rooms were clean, and very well-maintained with all modern amenities.The food at the in-house restaurant was another pleasant surprise - delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced.

I wouldn't recommend staying at the property to anyone, and I won't be returning in the future. The main reason isn't just my experience (That is explained below), but also the location -- all the major tourist attractions are on the other side of the city, while this hotel is situated in a relatively isolated area, away from the city center. When there are multiple better-located hotel options available near the attractions, staying at the property doesn't really make sense now after I stayed there. -- Dear The Ranikhet Continental Team, In response to your comment below, I would like to clarify a few things rather than justify our actions. First and foremost, I booked the room upon arrival at your hotel via an online portal after being advised by your hotel's receptionist to do so. There was no travel agent involved -- I booked directly through one of your partner websites i.e., MyTravaly.com. I was quite surprised when, after the booking was completed via MyTravaly.com, your receptionist said that she could have offered the same room for Rs. 3000 and suggested that I cancel the online booking. Once I made the booking, your receptionist received confirmation from the MyTravaly team. Despite this, we continued to receive reminders on the reception desk and call in our room regarding the payment, right up until our checkout. All this while, the MyTravaly team was also in touch with your staff. Is it not unreasonable to keep troubling the guest over payment that should have been settled between your hotel and your booking partner? Is it transparent enough? Regarding the coffee sachets -- this is a minor issue, and I understand policies vary. By the way, it is absolutely fair to evaluate the room category after seeing the tariff, as pricing naturally sets expectations for quality and amenities. So please don't patronize me. Rooms are very cojested. Location is good.staff is ok but can't organize well.tv channels not available because they can't pay money tv channels. Food items for breakfast so less.

Excellent, commendable experience at our stay in the Ranikhet Continental Hotel. Staff members and managers are enormously polite,co-operative,helpful and hospitable. Food is awesome immensely flavoursome. Very good amenities. Very neat and clean. Keep it up with your enrichment!

Go location to go Hiking to see entire himalaya range. Good location. Affordable and good tasty food. Hygiene maintained. More quality work to be done in raw material used to make kadi pakoda. It was too much oily.( Oil quality, reheated or not number of times depends on honesty of kitchen staff)
