Very good and clean hotel Staff and management is best Delicious food.

Rooms were Ok. It was clean. MosQuitoes can be a Problem thouGh. Hotel's Staff is Good. There service is also Good. Price is reasonable onlY. Food was available and it was Nice. Hotel has enouGh ParkinG available.

This hotel is located at Srikot, Srinagar. I read many negative reviews about this hotel but I honestly didn't feel any. The hotel is nice, clean and the rooms are spacious. They offer breakfast and dinner with the room rent (at least I received via travel agent). The food is tasty and a bit homely. The quantity of food they served was huge. The view of the mountains and river from the room is fantastic. Staff behaviour is nice. The hotel management is requested to serve the tea / coffee in decent cups and clean trays.

Rating: I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Pacific, and I must say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew I was in for a disaster. Firstly, the staff at Hotel Pacific were utterly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. They seemed disinterested in providing any form of service and were completely unhelpful when approached with any requests or complaints. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. The room I was assigned to was nothing short of a disaster. The moment I stepped in, a foul smell hit me, as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. The carpets were stained and dirty, the walls were peeling, and the furniture was worn out and rickety. It was evident that the hotel management had neglected the maintenance of the room for an extended period. To add to the horror, the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower had no hot water, and the water pressure was abysmal. The toilet was dirty and hadn't been properly sanitized. It was an overall unsanitary and uncomfortable experience.

Rooms are average. Mosquitos wont let you sleep in night. No all out or any other mosquitos killer are there. Already used pillow cover are provided to us.

Hotel is very clean, good service, and Puskar Negi (manager) is very supportive . Staff behaviour is also good .

Worst hotel ever. No facilities A plywood is better than bed it's so hard that you can't sleep No one takes responsibility for the things there happens. Not a proper staff and the person who sits in reception takes no responsibility they just play throw throw. I recommend not to stay here

The service here is not good and the food is also not that good. Sometimes the utensils are not cleaned properly. It seems like the utensils have not been washed for many days.
