Hotel Mount N Mist Nainital

It is an Horrible Experience really not worth at all rein ovation is in place paint smell and not worth staying on this hotel there is no facility am not at all suggesting to anyone to stay in this hotel

It is far from the main city, room was not at all good, there were bugs, flies and cockroaches in the room, I asked the staff to do something about it or change the room, all they do was just put alot of mosquito killer spray in the room. Made me wait outside the room for 30 minutes. Staff was weird. No hospitality, no response nothing

I booked a room in this hotel for one night. My family was with me and my experience in this hotel was very bad. The behavior of the staff and manager here was very bad. I will never go to Nainital in my life. The experience which happened with me was very wrong. For the first time in the life of me and my family, I slept without drinking water the whole night in the city of lakes, Nainital. There was no facility of drinking water. I pray to God that what happened with me should not happen with anyone else.My request to all tourists is that you should never stay in such hotels.

Rooms were filthy. They dont speak any english but even when I asked for simple things like coffee they brought me milk, then brought me hot chocolate.. Its 1hour walk from lake. Beautiful view. Nice people but they absolutely do not know how to run a hotel at all. Food was ok but they are totally disorganised.

I visited Nainital for 3 days and stayed in Hotel Mount N Mist for 3 nights with family. Service is very good, and behavior of hotel staff is also very good. Hotel charges are reasonable compared to other hotels in Mall road area. Food of this hotel is very tasty and reasonable. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking in a low budget.

This hotel and room are so very good I am also stay and staff good and parking is big I am not problem to anything service good food is also very good and tasty

Very very bad and poor experience with you, bad behaviour of staff, dirty bathroom, no bathroom sleepers, demand extra money at the time of checkout for extra person in one room, they dont provide extra blanket and matress. Staff shouting on customer at the time of checkin wheather give extra money for extra person in one room or leave.

Mount N Mist is a well built, decent hotel located a little away from the crowded mall road. We got an opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel for two consecutive nights (11th and 12th July, 2016). Must say, we had a luxurious budget stay here. The rooms were very neat and clean and equipped with all modern facilities. The hotel staff was very courteous and co-operative. They provided us with complementary cab services which was really very helpful. The restaurant supervisor (Ms. Sonia) deserves special thanks for the warmth and hospitality she showed. Overall we had an excellent experience and hence would recommend this hotel to all the visitors.
