I had my wedding here! The staff is very cooperative and goes above and beyond to make things comfortable. The food is outstanding!! Everyone who came to the wedding could not stop talking about it! They accommodated 300 guests easily for the wedding lunch. Resort has a beautiful garden. Rajeevji who is the manager here met with us and took time to discuss each and every detail and the execution was indeed amazing. The guests loved the rooms and appreciated the clean ambiance. Incredibly tankful for the team.

Excellent experience overall! We had a wonderful stay with top-notch services and delicious food. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure everything was taken care of. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for a refreshing dip. There's a well-maintained kids' play area which kept the little ones entertained throughout. They serve a great variety of non-veg dishes, and alcohol is also available. The ambiance is lively yet peaceful, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all amenities. Plenty of parking space, smooth check-in and check-out process, and everything was hygienic and well-organized. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway or a short vacation!

Had dinner at arali....it was an amazing experience overall... Friendly staff, awesome ambience, mouth watering starters and food... An evening well spent. The rooftop dine and the pleasant weather, made our dinner outing more memorable.

The experience was exceptionally pleasing! This is the finest resort you can imagine at the place. Everything you see is hand-picked, you can feel the warmth and tenderness of the owner and the team that has made this resort possible in every way, from the rooms, to the food and to the tiniest details you can imagine! The rooms were cozy and luxurious, you have everything you need with marvellous quality. The service, the staff members were very kind, responsive and professional in their work and the food, that is the heart and soul of every place, is absolutely delicious, the flavours are perfectly balanced, the spices used are quite unique as you can tell by the taste. The place is worth the visit. I Had a wonderful and relaxing time being there.

Firstly I want to mention about the heart of the resort & It is FOOD. It is really beyond delicious. Beautiful property, impeccably maintained, with lush greenery, breathtaking ganges views! Clean and Spacious rooms with all amenities. But what truly set this resort apart was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They were always there to assist with any requests, and make us feel truly welcome. We stayed here for 2 nights. it was an exceptional experience!

I recently stayed at Villasita Resort in Haridwar and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking the courtesy and attentiveness expected in the hospitality industry. My interactions with the manager, Mr. Jitinder, were particularly troubling he was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns about the cleanliness of my room and the malfunctioning air conditioning. Despite multiple requests, the issues were not addressed, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The lack of accountability and poor customer service significantly impacted my stay, making it an unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary training for their staff to ensure better service for future guests.
