Amazica Resort

I visited this hotel recently when I checked in after 30 min one men who drunked knocked my room door continuously not only 1 time he came again 2nd time doing the same things room bolt not good if he will continuously knocked it will automatically open. We complain for this but not taken any action so we change the hotel recently. But we already paid at least 50 percent of amount.

Never make the mistake of going to this place in a group. These people get overly aggressive over small issues and even physically assault their guests with the help of some local goons. We were a group of 9 who stayed at their property. There was a small issue related to food -- we just said that we would eat a little later because we were enjoying ourselves at the time. But their waiters became overly aggressive and started attacking us, which led to injuries for 3 members of our group. We couldn't even call the police because they turned off the lights, Wi-Fi, everything. Despite having made full payment at the time of check-in, they charged us 3 times more after the assault. And to top it off, they forced us to vacate the stay at 1 AM.. They think they are local mafias for the tourists

The experience was awesome. Must visit here once if you are coming to rishikesh. The swimming pool price with ac room at such rate was incredible.

I recently stayed at Amazica Resort and had opted for a package that explicitly included lunch and dinner for four people. However, I was unexpectedly denied my meals despite being slightly delayed by 40-45 minutes. This was extremely inconvenient, given that the resort is located in the outskirts, making alternative dining options difficult. At no point was it communicated that a minor delay would lead to meal cancellation. Such an experience was highly disappointing, as I had paid for these services and expected basic hospitality. I urge you to address this issue and ensure that such rigid policies do not cause inconvenience to future guests. I request a formal response regarding this matter and an appropriate resolution. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Exceptional Hospitality & Amazing Food! Our stay at Amezica Resort was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. A special mention to Manager Pradeep, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist--even in the middle of the night! Special mention to mamu (chef) he was soo kind and extremely talented.The food was absolutely delightful, living up to the resort's name.

This is very nice place so quiet and peaceful And the staff also very good and provide nice service as well

Room was excelent ..The best part was the service ,generally after checkin people dont take care but here in this resprt staff took care of each and everything starting from breakfast lunch and dinner ,apart from this everything was very good..Food quality was very excellent ,swimming pool was super clean..best part was service .wud recomend recommend everyone to visit once and enjoy the service..
