Hotel The Venus

Stayed in this hotel during business trip. The rooms are good and spacious. The property is old now but it is maintained in good way. The restaurant for food is nicely decorated. The breakfast and dinner food is good quality. The green area is more and staff is good and polite. Overall stay was good for 2 days.

I recently stayed at Hotel The Venus in Rudrapur and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and fantastic amenities! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast spread was impressive. The hotel's location is also perfect, with easy access to the main market and corporate hub. *1/5 Stars* My experience at The Venus Hotel, Rudrapur was extremely disappointing. The hotel was decent, but the service was terrible. I had booked online and paid in advance, but when I paid for dinner, they claimed the payment wasn't received, despite me showing them screenshots and transaction IDs. They asked me to pay again, which I did. Later, they acknowledged the duplicate payment, but took over a month to refund. I had to follow up repeatedly, but the manager was rude, and the refund wasn't processed on time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its poor service and management.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was nothing like the photos shown online. It had spider webs and even a spider in the corner, which clearly shows that housekeeping is not up to standard. The bed sheets had a bad smell, making it uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the customer service was terrible--staff were unhelpful and did not seem to care about guest concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Definitely not worth the money!

PLANNING TO DO A EVENT AT VENUS, JUST READ IT BEFORE FINALISING ANYTHING PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD. 1) Staff is not at all capable of handling events they are unprofessional, Rude and has zero hospitality. 2) Food is worst they serve Rotten food coz they charge you per plate and food they serve is cheap quality. 3) Mismanagement is their top quality from top to bottom staff is untrained and does not know anything. 4) Head of Staff- Tamta a super rude manager who has no idea that how hospitality industry works, i think he should go to some HM college and learn about the profession instead of telling the clients that his salary is 1 lac per month ( which he thinks is alot ) and his ball Gaurav seems like a 10th fail guy operating as a manager. 5) At last if you're planning to do any event her i'd say cross check 10 times as they doesn't have any system to cross check things also they will take multiple bookings from different clients for the same day function and later figure out how to manage them. They will add on unnecessary expenses at later stage and will not tell you at the time of booking. overall worst service and experience i'd say even a dharmshala is better than this

This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit Rudrapur. Staff is very supportive at all levels. Clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast is very good and also they have good bar I find all brand in alcohol. I really enjoyed my stay there...

Best hotel in rudrapur the room are good . Quality of food is good and the staff is very good. Hotel is like heart of city... Each and everything fantabulous... Satisfactory service... Thank u for excellent service. Always served excellent to us
