Hotel Le Castle

It is the best property to stay, rooms are best, service is good ,staff very polite and good manner. Location and hotel ambience are the best, food is so yummy , enjoy the rooftop restaurants and pool

My experience was not good at all. The services were extremely slow -- unless we requested something 3-4 times, no action was taken. We had to change rooms 2-3 times because either the internet wasn't working, the AC was not functioning, or the TV was not operational. Within a short span of time, we became very irritated. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Worst Hotel ..never Stay here 1) Rooms small ,seepage on walls,shaft window open and can't be closed ,curtains are rarely washed ,ac panel and light were broken. Kettle was not kept ,but tea kit was kept .old hotel with no maintenance. 2) service is the worst.... No one pick at the reception (4,9) in first go.Room service (617) is pretty slow ,served the dinner order in 45 minutes with excuse of many items not available which were mentioned in the menu ,served stale onions and when asked to change ,waiter offered paid salad instead of accepting his fault. Kitchen opens at 8.30am till then no tea or items will be served. Owner Agrwal must sale this or close this hotel ,if not sincere of business

Good property to stay in le castle, staff is very nice and service is the best , housekeeping staff is good and rooms are very nice

Yesterday we stayed there , We also faced the same issue as people are sharing in past reviews. Rooms was very small & dirty , Rude behaviour by the staff and meal what we ordered got different. Such a bad & horrible experience we had here.. will not recommend this hotel at all. Worst experience.

Worst hotel experience ever had in life .. worst 3rd class room total unhygienic.. 3rd class bedding , torn sheets ,,, bad in looks ,, worst linen , towels ever had ... never to stay .. rooms are stinking stayed in room no. 201 ..so called premium ... it's worst ....

It was good to stay at hotel le castle. Good quality food served with supportive staff.

Very small rooms , will not recommend, service is good .
