I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Center Point. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious, and overall, the service was top-notch.

Dirty smelly rooms smells from pillow not able to sleep whole night very bad experience. and interesting point room was for rs 1000 and food for 600 rs where this price is for one sabzi alu dum and roti. not worth to stay at all.
Very dirty kitchen, very poor service, price overcharging
My problems started right after I booked this propery. I couldn't reach the property on any of the given numbers. I had to check-in late at around 11-11.30 pm. So I checked with MMT and even they were unable to contact the property. But they assured me that someone will be there to check us in. I was travelling with my wife and a friend and his wife. Once I reached the property, my horror started. The gate of the property was closed from inside. I had to bang on the main door for almost 30 mins to get someone to open it. And I find a drunk man who is also smoking open the main gate. Smelling alcohol all over. Remember, I am with 2 women apart from a friend. He asks for extra money to just check in and says I don't care about your booking. I don't read or write. So I don't care about your reservation. I argue with him for a long time and finally ask him to show room on the condition that I'll pay. He shows me the rooms which are pathetic. The AC is missing from where it was installed and it was covered in my booking. Toilet is such that I cannot even use it and bedsheets have cigerette holes and stains all over. Walls are covered with dampness. Room is smelling of smoke. I argue for a long time but to no avail. Finally at around 1 am I connect with MMT customer care. They tell me that they cannot issue me a refund and that I will have to share pics of room with them for any kind of refund. I ask the guy to let me see room again so that I could take pictures. He refuses. Then there is a lot of to and fro and finally MMT is able to talk to the owner with the number shared by this guy at the property. Then suddenly MMT tells me that we cannot guarantee AC at this property because of something related to OYO. I had no idea that this is an OYO property as MMT never mentioned it. And they were like it is OYOs terms n ol. By this time it is 3 AM and there isn't any property where I could stay. So I check in. Stay in that dilapidated NON AC room in this sweltering heat and spend the night somehow. Next day I share all the pictures with MMT and in resolution they give me a refund of 275. Seriously? and a coupon of 300 which I will have to use on next booking within 365. They still think I will be booking using MMT. Please DO NOT BOOK this property. EVER. NEVER. And don't use MMT. It should be Break My Trip or Spoil My Trip rather than Make My Trip. They are not at all customer centric. Customer care kept telling you are right. We will forward your concerns with the team. But I cannot help you. That's all.
The linen was dirty. The service is bad. The hotel is in an isolated place so there is nothing to do here. No restaurant or cafe around. Not even general stores.
I shared a room with my friend, and we were very hapy with basically everything. Room has ALL amenities, well maintained, awesome service, breakfast buffett with plenty of choice, and just genrally very comfortable. Comfortable bed. Staff were great. Hotel layout simple and easy to find everything.
Not as close to the Pantnagar airport as we thought. The rooms are fine. The suites are nicer. We got one at the same price. Food is great. Service is prompt. But dont bother with what is around... Its industrial wasteland... Chimneys and smoke... So just fine for a transit.
Pathetic hotel .staff behave like they are working in a dhaba. person at the reception who don't know how to speak to a guest.zero ethics. When I ask his name he replied to me that ''nam btana jaruri he'' . Then he told his name Govind. I was with my girlfriend and the staff of the hotel including Govind were straying at us. It was so weard. Staff was very unprofessional. Nice property but owner of the hotel should have work on the behaviour of the staff and should change the staff if possible . Not a single person in the hotel staff know how to smile, behave,how to talk.if the owner of the hotel don't change the staff oyo should have stop doing business with this property. I booked the room for two nights but I cancelled one night and book another hotel so u can think that I choose to trouble my self and shift my luggage to another hotel so how pathetic is this hotel you can think. their is no security in the hotel even staff of the hotel will scare you.they don't have even a cup to serve tea. mosquito will make your stay even worst
