SPOT ON Hotel Silver Point

Do not stay at this hotel. They're a bunch of scammers. Made me pay twice, assured me I'd be refunded...and then dodging my calls ever since. Every service in the hotel is very bad. No geysers, no tvs, even the beds are in extremely poor condition. Gods help these guys.

Dont trust on OYO web photos, All web photos are fake, the actual room condition is totaly different. They assign me room no. 108 The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Overall a horrible experience. Will not visit again in future.

"Do not Visit" Pathetic Condition. Nothing in this Hotel Works. Room 109 was miserable, Dampness All Over. Spider Webs.. TV was present but No Cable/DTH.. They say Free WiFi, but No Wifi "Oyo" Charged me for "Food", but on Reception Hotel denied Food. English Toilet with" No Jet Spray" i mean how the Hell am supposed to Wash. Only Towels No Toiletries were Provided. Faucets were Leaky, Bathroom wall was Green in Algae. AC was literally "Broken". Linens were not Good either. All and all Bad Experience. Improve customer care executive's skills. Teach them how to talk with customer. I called oyo twice. First one made wrong booking and 2nd one did not interested. So fully unsatisfied from oyo.

I just wanted to stay at night with 2 of my couleges. So i chose this budget hotel and it was not good. Bad services . No one attended us at reception properly. No towel. Drinking water was not available, they were providing unfiltered water.

Room okay but power electricity backup not available and hotal staff drunk not good behaviour

Its not a hotel is a garbage bin Pls dont book this place
