They will give your booked room to someone else and you will be surprised and stranded when you arrive at midnight.

Most worst room service ever i have seen.. Called them 3.4 time for 1 item we need. No hot water facility for bath.. just showcase in the washroom. No water bottle available, no glasses available in the room. Think before if you want room service. Rooms are good. But room service is worst.

Bad hygiene - found cockroach insideb bed , and they came out on bed sheet, very pathetic condition, I have stayed there for a week and suffered from stomach ache due to unhygienic practice inside the kitchen ,as they served in clean plate but that food was not good , This hotel is only for a few hours stay only , Generally a group of construction people or daily drinkers use to come to use their rooms for enjoyment only That is actually not to be preferred with family Even they can steal your belongings or assets as they kept open window, you may not guess as curtains are covered - by that way they can get inside beside you keep the key with you

Got a room for .1100 late at night and stayed with family. Rooms are ok with average bedding, working AC and geyser. Worth for a night stay.

No star, worst hotel, no clean rooms,I stayed for only 12 hours,but they charged for 2days. Person talking very rash.before check in I asked several times whether check out is 24 hours or not. That time he told 24 hours,during checkout he is telling that you have to pay for 2 days. Very worst & rude .don,t go for this hotel

Rooms are good, food is not good.

The experience was not at all the best one. They clearly refused to give us discount on our first booking giving varied reasons. The food was okay. Basic amenities were missing

Hotel staff is not friendly they trying to disturb you all time and girl not going to this hotel stuff feels you uncomfortable !!!
