Dear Rudra Continental, I recently stayed in Room 223, Executive Suite. While the room is spacious, the cooling system was inadequate. I kindly request consideration for improvement, such as replacing or adding AC units, for future guests' comfort." This will help to have a productive day ahead!

I stayed for a night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience was nice the service was good and the food was excellent. However, the cleanliness of the linens and towels could be improved as the bed sheet, pillow cover and quilt cover were not very clean. Shower in the bathroom needed some maintenance.

I stayed in room no. 112. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room service was good . Service staff were polite and quick . Specially Ms.Anju Mesih who was extremely helpful.

The hotel is centrally located yet spacious with adequate parking. The rooms are large & comfortable. The entire staff is extremely courteous and polite. The breakfast is also good. Overall a good stay. Will definitely book again & recommend to solo travellers as well as family who wish to stay at Rudrapur. It is in close proximity to SIDCUL which makes it a good choice for industry visitors too.

We had a great experience. All staff members were very supportive especially Kajal mam was very kind and generous in all hotel related works. I will recommend all to visit and stay in this hotel and we have an amazing experience.
