Hotel Comfort Home (Hotels in Rudrapur)

I recently stayed at Hotel comfort home and had a very disappointing experience with the night staff. Upon check-in, the staff member was extremely rude and refused to provide towels and bathroom essentials. To make matters worse, the towels we eventually received in the morning were wet, and we still didn't get the necessary bathroom essentials. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

It's a place for individuals and for couples only . Not for the family .. They do not serve any food items ,so for any food we have to buy from outside ,rooms are good but service is not at par , location is so so but parking is a very big problem

The Hotel is a over all package ,Rooms are nice and spacious with appliances available like Tv ,AC and Fan It has Small cupboard for storage 2 chairs and small table . Good food is also available at reasonable pricing

The hotel was an extremely disappointing experience, characterized by low hygiene standards, inadequate maintenance, and an alarming presence of rats and cockroaches freely roaming within the rooms.

It was nice and clean with all amenities one need to like in a hotel room..Great staff and i am pretty sure the owner will b outstanding for this outstanding property at beautiful location...

Rooms are fine for the budget and offerings! Parking is available right in the front gallery of the hotel.
