Hotel Uday Residency, Rudrapur.

I recently stayed at Udhay Residency during my official trip for 2 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an unwelcome surprise: it was absolutely flooded with mosquitoes! It was like stepping into a mosquito breeding ground, and no one wants to spend their night swatting bugs. To make matters worse, the basic facilities that one would expect from any hotel were sorely lacking. The towels provided were questionable at best--definitely not something you want to use after a long day. We found tea bags in the room, which was great, but guess what? The kettle was missing! How is one supposed to enjoy a cup of tea without a kettle? The lighting in the room was dim, as most of the bulbs were fused. It felt like we were in a cave rather than a hotel room. And let's not even get started on cleanliness; it was clear that room cleaning was not a priority here. Dust and dirt were everywhere, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend UDAY! Residency to anyone who values hygiene and a pleasant stay. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night, keep looking--this hotel is definitely not it!

One of the worst hotels that i have ever stayed at.. the lobby and outer side of the hotel is very well maintained.. However once we entered the room we were highly disappointed.. Broken tiles, broken door latch, dirty floor and walls, stinky washroom, mosquitoes.. This place needs maintenance at the earliest..

I stayed for 2 days on a official visit, room had mosquitos, taps were leaking in washroom. Worst is that they played loud music till 11:30 PM which was highly unacceptable from a property like this.

If you value your sleep, skip Uday. Asked for water and was never brought any. They woke us up at 8AM to deliver towels, and at 8:30 they started playing very loud music by the pool. Couldnt sleep all weekend. The wifi was terrible. And reeeeeally dirty room

Superb experience with big rooms and very luxurious surroundings. Ample car parking, pool side view - awesome. Must stay. We even left Kathgodam to stay here for our trip.

Great place. Good staff. Good food. The hotel also has a swimming pool as well

Food quality of uday residency is very good and all the restaurant people are very helpful, restaurant area is very big and managed Suggestion - need to work on the restaurant interior and add some attractive things

A good hotel with nice ambience and clean rooms in pantnagar. Swimming pool view is awesome and easily approachable hotel and good staff.
