OYO Hotel Ocean Blue

The rooms is good and neat, but the bathroom is very badly designed with water stagnating near the door all the time. The taps, all of them, are stinky with rust covered all over. I have opted for a breakfast and the curry they provided was nothing better than a mix of water and oil. It's too dilute without any taste or hygiene. Finally, the reason for 2 star. The hotel manager is very rude and has kept me waited for almost 50 minutes to provide room, saying he needs more amount than what I paid on OYO. After talking with 3 or 4 customer executives, I have been given room with took around 50 mins.

Work Experience Ever. I booked hotel via oyo website and denied check-in saying that pre-paid booking not allowed. If the pre-paid booking is not allowed then, why the hell are the customers allowed to book and pay online.

Worst hotel ever. Worst worst.. Staff is horrible. They pretend like they are doing you a favour by giving you rooms here as they are keeping you for free.

I book here room for Rs 1660 for 2 nights through OYO. Its near to Roorkee railway station and Roorkee bus stand. Form the price point of view it was a good deal. Stuff behavior is good.

Hotels is in trafic area but cool place out side of station cheap price and best quality in hotel little bit staff lazy and always mind some tips

The hotel is very nice. Most importantly, the rooms are clean in a very beautiful way. There is a TV and geyser in the room but both these things are not available.

The rooms are perfect,,but lot of electricity issue.. We checked in at 6pm and till 11.30pm we were unable to charge our phone..it's not acceptable..just 2 mints Walk from station,no need to take to Rickshaw,.Electricity issue is just not acceptable..Bad experience

this is a very bad hotel .the rooms are very dirty.there are so many insects on the bed I couldn't sleep all night ..TV is kept in the room just for show.
