It is non serviced guest house of twelve rooms. Rooms are good and alleyway big. Had a balcony to view canals corner. Close to main road , noise is bit of worry. Lots of eating places close to CV. Good place. Staff good.

The worst hotel I had visit in my life the hospitality of hotel is zero and the door mat haven't change form since but also electricity is going again and again and they don't provide extra pillow or bed sheets the TV is just a show piece and also the room maintain is zero very dirty rooms. They just give you hope and do nothing services. cleaniness is zero not service provid after ask for service. And the owner has zero interest in is hotel. There is no emergency services provided please don't visit this horrible hotel

Ok ok... not as per expectation. Asked for extra pillow, didnt provide the same. And went to haridwar in morning and around 8.30, I received the cal asking - when m I quiting the room as they took new booking for it. Room was ok.. nt that much good. Need to have patience in front of client. One of the owner is looking for customer satisfaction but other was quite fizzy... Stil 2 stars.

This is the worst hotel one can ever imagine in Roorkee .I stayed here with my parents and relatives.And it was hell if a nightmare. Hotels like these should never be allowed to function. The linens they provided was smelly (never washed) and dirty. The washroom mat was i guess kept since ages as it was just flat and slippery, my parents slipped because of it. They are so cunning that to save electricity they will switch off the main switch no matter you are inside the room. AC was switched on between certain time at mercy of owner and not even did cooling and at that scorching heat we had to suffer. Tv setup is just for show. Cleanliness is pathetic. Never order food or water. As they buy it from unhygienic roadside shops and water from regular taps in used bottles. My stay was painfull and so was for my parents and relatives. I am attaching some pictures of same how rooms were before we checked in.

it was a good experience. Cake for my son's Bday was good.Food is awesome. loved to play housie.Staff is very co- operative. Best place to stay... Please stay here when you visit Uttarakhand....

The rooms are okayish.... I would say. It is a motel sort of property and the whole service is not upto the mark. But for someone who is looking for a night stay and in any sort of emergency, you can choose this.

first if you would like to getting there, you tell address gang nahar thana. actually nobody know canal bridge. this is a good budget hotel near satya narayan temple.rooms are neat and clean.toilets also clean but no toiletries.there are no enough staff so there are service is very big issue.

1 no extension service||2.no restaurant service||3. property not maintained properly||4. no cleanliness|| This property is located at a very good location but is not maintained properly. at present it is worth Rs 800 per night only.
