Motel Dwarika - Hotel in Roorkee | Bhagirath Kunj

Nice motel to stay and food was overall OK. I stayed here for many days and thought to write a review. It is located near railway station, and clean, well built with restaurant facility- however they missed soundproofing part. Also they don't provide any discount even if you stay for 15 days or more. The rooms are fine but somehow sound travels from even from rooftop to rooms-you can listen to people coughing in their bathrooms, talking in corridor, and I can also hear people shouting, loud music etc and it is quite disturbing. If you are looking for a peaceful stay or a quiet night (which may not be a regular phenomenon but be aware). The rooftop restaurant is open for parties and functions- and the loud music even comes directly to rooms two floors below. The video here is taken during that occasion. Rooms are nice and clean, no issue on that. Complimentary sealed water bottle is given only once during check in. If you stay for many days- although you may pay the same rent for all days- you won't get sealed water bottle again- but will get only refill --- not fresh bottle. As a plus point daily morning time complementary tea is served. Room service is great, and staff are hard working. Restaurant food is reasonably priced and items on the menu are limited, but the chef is good and the food is prepared well. The staff is friendly and good, cleaning guys are also regular and do thorough work. But sometimes I hear shouting or commotion- but not by regular staff. In video enjoy the noise which comes to the rooms downstairs when music is played on the rooftop.

My stay experience at this hotel is very good. I came to know that it's recently opened and the rooms are quite clean and well maintained, the service is good and the staff are polite and decent enough. Rooms have the basic facilities like geyser, A/C, TV, hangers, cupboards, sandals to wear inside the room etc., They have a vegetarian restaurant on the top floor and the food is quite good. This place is quite nearby to the railway station and I think that also adds another reason to choose this hotel and the cost is also decent enough, not too high.

I am from Roorkee, the hotel is very good, beautiful and has all the facilities but there is one drawback, there is a red light in the hotel which is visible from my house, it hurts the eyes and from a distance it shines like the light on the tower, the hotel manager should please put that light down or change the color of the light

I'll highly recommend the motel.... Service is good... Rooms are neat and clean.... Nice ambience..... Easy access from railway station as well as from market....

They did not allow me to use the bathroom even after I told them that I have kidney problem. The staff is so rude that no one should take the service of this hotel.worst worst worst

Beautifully located... Check in process was smooth Staff was friendly... Overall loved the rooms.
