Not too much good rooms. Outside noise is too much. In complementary breakfast you will get only total 3-4 items . In 101, having water pipe line, Whole night u need to hear water flow noise Bathroom was dirty.

A good place to stay in Roorkee. It is close to IIT Roorkee and Roorkee Bus Stand. Nice food. Great Hospitality. Good Infrastructure.

Rooms and upkeep weren't good enough. I had to insist on them changing the bedsheets and pillow covers because they were dirty with hair strands and dust. General housekeeping was also bad. Loud music from the gym above used to cause a lot of vibrations in the room preventing a peaceful stay. Only good thing was the location in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk from Gate 7 of the IIT Roorkee campus.
