Very good hotel, near and clean, excellent service, reasonable price. Good for family

It's not Worthy to mark a single star. I wish I could have give zero star. First of all, they give you the worst room if you have booked through third party like booking.com. ruum nhii ddbbaa diyaa thaa. Secondly, the service is very poor. They don't provide any room amenities like towel/blanket/soap/drinking water unless until you ask for that. I had to ask for tap water in bathroom 2 times during my 16 hrs of stay. They didn't pick call from room telephone, I had to come out of room wearing towel when tap water got shortage. Very bad experience ever in my life during stay in hotel. I recommend you to not face same problem that I faced.

I stayed in this particular hotel for 5 days in december 2018 to attend a conference in IIT Roorkee. IIT Roorkee is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff service is fabulous. It has great hospitality. It has great value for money. If you want to spend your holiday in roorkee , i suggest you this hotel. Hats off to the hotel.......

Its a budget hotel on a prime location in roorkee. IIT century gate is just 200 meter away from the hotel.everything is good here including staff and amenities and cleaning except one that is space. Room size is a little small according to budget. So if somebody looking for a spacious room for two or more people jst confirm before book the room.

Decent hotel rooms with budget rates. You can opt this hotel if you are not looking for anything fancy. AC and TV facility available. Within 500m from IITR Century Gate. Civil Lines market is at a walking distance. You can book rooms over phone as well. Negotiate the price as negotiation happens.

Worst, don't ever try for free also, bathroom are filthy, changed rooms but the condition is same, my budget was tight hence had to bear the same. Photographs not taken as not worth it. Owner has no remorse, try the adjoining hotel Center Point highly recommend.

Pleasant stay in rattans regency...the manager was very generous and kind hearted. The staffs were polite in nature and cleanliness was maintained. One of the best hotel in roorkee and it is very near to iit roorkee.
