Honestly the service was very good rooms are available in a very low cost affordable for everyone safe for couples friendly nature of Pankaj sir he will help you regarding the room friendly helping staff save and secure for the couples one thing which I didn't like is so much sound around the room sometime feel so uncomfortable mostly when people shout at each other

Very very poor condition of rooms and also not gave us the sleepers to use washroom.||Without our permission they have given our occupied room to another guest and thrown our bags outside of the room.||Not maintained hygiene |Flies and mosquitoes are flying here and there ||Not a good staff

Very bad.. wors hotel i have ever seen.. every point of time they have disappointed. Bathroom always smells dirty after even complaining no one cares. Crews are rude.

No maintenance at all. Furniture infested with cockroaches. No one hears to the call bell provided. Wasn't provided with any toiletries...have to ask for them. No maintenance of the bathroom. Stained linen...have to ask for getting sheets changed.

Worst hotel , even not deserve 1 star , it is better to stay in dharmshala rather then this one , everything is worst what to add here , rooms , service , stuff behavior

AC room quite good. Clean. Extra mattress provided without extra cost. Everything was working fine.
