Hotel City Residency

Rooms are o.Facilitues will be available like ac,geiser and chair but there will be no tv and almara is foul smelling. I felt that the bed sheets are not washed at all but the room is clean and there are white ants everywhere and it is very irritating to me.Are is very mass and rooms walls are not good. Drinking water facility is there but it is tap water and there is no filter water which is also very awkward. If you want to stay and not bother about your surroundings then you can go for it. Also it is not a central area to visit the main city roorkee. Cost wise it is cheap.

Hopless.. Dont know why OYO has listed this hotel in their offering. Shaby rooms.. Used bed sheets and blankets. Room odour was difficult to withstand. No door mat. No bath towel. No toilet kit. One care taker for two adjacent properties. Only plus point is AC was working. Bitter and horrible experience. Pl dont opt for this property..

I would like to tell you that my stay at this hotel was a very good experience. First of all, I would like to talk to you about the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheet was very clean.The quilt that was meant to be covered was also very clean, the floor was also well swept, there was no dampness or any stains on the wall, the curtains were also very clean, there was no mark on them either. Now let's talk about the bathroom The water was very clean, it was 24 hours, geyser facility was also available.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. They denied me entry and asked 700 Rupees extra cash if I wanted to stay. I had to pay 500 rupees extra. The rooms were too dirty. Bedsheet was stained and unwashed. Blankets had female hair on it. Very bad smell in the room. Zero ventilation, suffocating. Ac didn't work. No wifi, TV not working. This was by far the worst experience ever i had with OYO. Would never recommend using oyo to anyone.

The hotel is approachable from the main city. The host is pleasant, plus proper cctv surveillance of your parked vehicles is available. But the hotel is too close to the railway station, so you will be disturbed all night. The balconies were pretty dirty and the washroom sink had stains and hair. The washroom was pretty unhygenic. Apart from this overall it was a decent place if the price is taken into perspective.

Hotel is located in good location about 350 m from railway station about 2.5 km from bus station. But rooms are not clean, in fact it seems that they are not cleaning the staicases and corridors. Inside the room there was an almirah full of dust. Bedsheet was too dirty although they changed it when insisted. TV was switched OFF, although the person at reception told that all the TVs in hotel are out of order due to some defect and TVs are in warranty, but it seems he was lying as I am having basic knoledge of electronics, switched on the TV but the set-top box was not recharged and they had removed the remotes too so that ignorent people could believe in their false story. And finally they blammed OYO for everything and told that OYO does not pay their share of money.

there are 2 buildings. we were given room in next building not what mentioned in maps. there was nothing matching with what price we paid. room was not clean| bathroom was not clean| no dustbin| no toilet roll| no complementary water bottle was provided. we were asked to pay 20 for the only water bottle we asked for at checkout. only thing which was good was breakfast (homemade aloo parantha dahi).
