Hotel Castle View

One of the decent Hotels in Roorkee, with a nice place for parties. Though I would like to suggest the management to provide rooms with numbers to contact the staff. The AC was okay. It can be better. The only thing I didn't like was towels. And there were other things that you could add to the room. You can look into this. Thanks for the stay!

Worst experience...they have kept local people as staff who are mostly unqualified and uncordial... they will try to judge you even though you are married.... Not a safe hotel at all.

Best service provided in sagai function. Food quality is awesome.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday in Castle View and the arrangement was superb and excellent. The event led under the supervision of Amar singh Rawat and really the support and arrangement was very good. Thankful to the whole staff for making the event successful.

Edit: only the food was decent. The hotel staff must be sent to hotel management course first. It's really necessary for them. The door stopper has been deliberately removed, you can't lock the door of luxurious suite(what they called). Their telephones didn't work. They do not clean the floors properly, they do not provide you paper floaters/ slippers for room.(even if they charge hugesome amount of luxurious suite). Their washrooms sucks. Continuous dripping of water from pot. Shower was for namesake it never works. Drainage was blocked. If you take bath water will log upto your ankle. They don't give a damn evening you complain. They charge for complementary water bottles and food. No room services. Called them several times to change the bedsheets. Atlast they came. They charge n promise for luxurious stay. But failed to serve the motive. Midnight power cut and no power backups for 2 hours. Scary part was, every night some one will come knock your door whenyou are half asleep. Last day it happened two times. A lady who staying alone would be terrified. When there is real darkness and no power. Also they treat you like are you staying alone? They asked this question for nearly 6-7 times. As if they are running Oyo hotels md no single person for administrative work can stay there.??? I wonder why it was so. Over all they need real improvement or they will land in trouble sooner or later. If checking squad will come to stay.
