Flagship Hotel Holiday Inn

This was the worst OYO hotel i have stayed at. The room was costly. Beds were bad and untidy there were female hairs in the blanket. The toilet seat was broken . The bucket was broken. The tap was twisted. The washroom was a mess. And on the top of it the room was just adjacent to the garbage dump the window glass of the room was broken so the whole night i was fighting with mosquitos and bad smell. 2 out of 3 power socket were not working. It was a horrible experience. Its OYOs responsibility. But ultimately i suffered so dont go to this hotel

Staff members are so friendly and helpful Plz when u are planing to go roorke U can vist this hotel You are not u feel in hotel You are feeling are in your home

Hotel's location is so perfect... And also every staff's behaviors are good...

Very bad experience..Don't go here..Staff behaviour is very rude..they always try to scam you.. better for look for alternative hotel but don't go here..Be safe..
