Worst worst worst hotel ever, bad food. He only cares about money. Before getting money he'll treat you like family, after getting money he doesn't care about you anymore. Dirty bedsheets, no rajai provided, food service was bad, manager's behaviour is intolerable.

This hotel is very bed and bathroom manager behaviour very bad

We stay 1 night. Very very poor service. All rooms seen but no one bed sheets pillow cover clean very dirty . We recommend everyone to search near by homestay with reasonable price.

I did not know about this before but everything about this hotel is trash like the room service is so cheap God you must change your freaking staff and the manager is trash too no service we had heavy luggage and no service we had to take down our luggage by ourselves as the lift was not working. It's so bad like if you wanna open a hotel build a better one being so cheap doesn't help.

Worst hotel ever, I visited with my partner recently around the mid-February along with my partner. We made the booking via OYO app, but when we finally reach thereafter great struggle the manager refused to consider online payment through OYO, while they are the official partner of OYO Hotels. As per him, this hotel accepts only cash payment, no matter you are booking it from OYO site. He behaved very badly. Over an above of it, the other misfortune happened that my wallet was stolen at the railway station itself. To my bad luck, the hotel is little away from the main city, we had no other option left but to pay in cash and take accommodation for a night. It was a complete nightmare getting the worst response from staffs and Manager as well. To top it up was super dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, even after a request for change they did not bother and said this is the best they can offer. As it was very cold hence I made the call at around 11:00 pm and requested for an extra blanket or a quilt, for which I got a response that as it's late so no staff available so if I need I have to go on ground floor reception and collect myself. I had no option left but to spend the night, next morning. I checked out and got myself checked in another hotel. Highly Disappointed with OYO it was a horrible experience.

Best hotel. Last time we stayed they improved a lot Be it rooms or service literally best at such a price

Worst place to visit. They dont even provide a soap in room. Even towels were not given. The food it too cheap. They dont even know how to make roti... The windows and doors can be easily broken with heavy wind. No facility of inverter . Problem of electricity is there. The bedsheets are not clean. .
