Everything is good about this place as it's located in the heart of the city "Civil Lines". They serve really delicious food. Staff is courteous and helpful. Saurabh at the reception, is so helpful and understanding. This was my 4th stay here. Only area of concern is the cleanliness...they really need to work hard on the cleanliness part. There's dust on the headboard of the bed, mirror shelf and even the curtains were full of dust, this time I'd noticed cobwebs in the room. If this issue is sorted they'd be the best

Location wise great. It is very near to bus stand, IIT Roorkee, and CBRI. Approximately 5-7 minutes walkable distance from this hotel. After 10:00 PM you can checked in. The location of breakfast and staff of this hotel to assist for breakfast is excellent. You can get open space breakfast here. There are graffiti on the wall too, which makes this area good. There are cons of this restaurant too, includes, costly food items as compared to others for the dinner. They have given me a glass during night times which contains fly. Such kind of service is not acceptable. They have only ground floor for the rooms. So, if you wish to take rooms at first floor then it can't be possible because the earlier stated reasons. Reception is excellent and there assistance too is good.

Nice hotel and good service

We have booked 6 rooms on 1 Dec 2019 Room sanitation was pathetic. Smell all around rooms and galleries. Hotel refused to provide breakfast in next morning which was included in room tariff. Rude female receptionist at hotel. Done misbehave with guests. Poor room service.

K K Residency or Treebo Staywell Both are the same places. The hotel is located on the road that cuts off from SDM Chauraha to the left. The room I was provided with was small and road facing still it was clean and cozy. There's a restaurant and Gym at the above floors so it's a bit noisy. The food is great, would definitely recommend it for a stay.

Rooms are nice, service brilliant. Location is close to IIT-ROORKEE and also to the Roorkee bus stand. Public transport is a bit away from the place of you want to travel around roorkee, but if you are on business visit to IIT, then this is the place you want.

The staff was super helpful. And friendly the breakfast was good .tha location as well- it is a walking distance to the bus stand nearby supermarkets
