Comfortable stay with a great location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well equipped and breakfast offered a good variety.

Everything was well managed here The service was so good and food was the best

Room full of mosquitoes, bathroom full of smell and rooms are untidy. Best part is that the room lock is in bad shape, from inside you have a hinges to lock but if you are going outside you have to take your important stuff with you.

On 13th of July i have booked 2 Deluxe room through "Goibibo", but when I visited the hotel at night they say all rooms are already full. My suggestion is to not book this hotel they sell the room which are already booked. I also suggest that don't use "Goibibo" as your travel booking partner as they didn't even do anything about it if this type of thing happen. They simply say they will refund our money within 48hr and you then have to find room at late night by your own. As it is deep night it may not be easy to find hotel or nearby hotel charges you way too much. Worst experience with this hotel and "Goibibo" app.

Very good behaviour of the receptionists cum room attendant. The budgetary hotel with maximum facility and home type atmosphere. I heartily recommend to everyone Keep it up.

Don't go for it . It's the worst hotel I ever said in Roorkee. Last year i gave 5 star rating but this year service is worst. They will take advance payment but Electricity in night will never their.(Date 2nd September to 3rd September) Staff behaviour is very bad.

A very well planned approach to adhere the covid safety guidelines, it will never feel as an additional hassel. On top of it property will really make you feel special immensely hospitable staff. It was quite peaceful and relaxing...recommended to stay...

It was a pleasant experience room service is also fast everything was good, the only corn I found is bit traffic noise in night as it is on highway.. Eitherwise garden area is big, t.v., gyser, free parking, all out, toiletries you will get from them in advance. Area is also in the market and on highway, overall nice within the budget.
