Good and accessible location and direct connectivity Toh roorkee rail station. Peaceful environment inside the hotel, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, quick service. Had a nice stay. Wish to visit again.

Not recommended. They have tariff mismatch with 3rd party players like Agoda, Expedia. You may contact the hotel Directly. Please don't prebook.

Horrible experience today...they are fraud...this hotel is fraud...i booked a room in paradise inn via Agoda app and they told that they were tied up with oyo and can't provide the room. The manager and their associates were horrible and unprofessional and were un cooperable untill i went to police station. Finally no solution till now

Warning: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I booked this hotel through Oyo in the middle of the night out of desperation for attending an interview. The guy at the reception first refused to accept the booking status and asked for extra money. After requesting a lot (since it was 4:30 AM and I had no option) he agreed to give a room only after advance payment. The room was very small and there was no kettle, water etc. The telephone and lift were not working. Moreover they intentionally keep the power off in order to save electricity maybe. The experience was pathetic.

Wrost experience. Please don't book this hotel as they don't take any online booking and if u done then ask for extra money. And even very rude with customer

I will not recommend this hotel to any traveler with family. They didn't consider your booking by Oyo.com, website even if you have booking Id and other details of your booking. I am sharing my experience there. I had booked the room via Oyo for 1 night and i reached there at 10.00 pm for check in. First Owner refuse to give room by saying that no room is available and when I talked about my booking then he started behaving rudely. He asked me about booking amount. He said he can't give the room below 1500 rs whether you had booked the room or not. When I gave details and insisted for room then he argued with me with various negative comments like have you booked a 5 star hotel? etc. Luckily I was solo not with family so anyhow able to get the room after 10-15 minutes arguement.( He even tried to give threat by saying that whether he need to come over there?). If you think you can get the room by complaining to the booking agency, so sorry It will not work. So please beware of this fraud hotel. Never booked this hotel from websites, app if you are getting any coupon/deal/discount. Never booked this hotel for family. If someone really want to book this hotel then please check in on day time so in any odd situation you may have option to go another place.

They charged me extra rupees at the time of check they said I don't hav any room right now u go.....they said oyo will make their room sell at low cost I have to book with them only not from oyo after getting 500 rs more they alloted the room ...::these hotels gonna make u loose customer trust ......in my opinion u have to seriously disqualify these types of hotels or make a ban on them
