OYO 19317 Shyam Sagar

I had worst experience here and will not recommend this to others. I stayed here one day and night. The room was not clean, specially bathroom was very bad. All the taps were rusty and water was also not coming properly. We also saw a big mouse inside my friend's room, probably mouse entered into room because there was a big hole in the door. There were also many spider webs which made our stay uncomfortable. Hotel needs to improve their infrastructure and services.

You can consider it as a 2 star hotel..... not having any facilities..... phone was dead... doors doent have nobes.... not having any toiletries in room....toilet was not clean..... no ventillation inside room..... the pnlything I liked about this hotel was the service of the waiter..... apart from it nothing was good at all

This can be an option for everyone to stay. The staff, the manager they all are good. It would be great if they can take care a little bit of the hygiene and the decoration of the rooms. Other than this, this hotel is a great option with reasonable price.

Staff behavior is very poor. Room hygiene also bad as palistan economy. Seriously staff behavior was not ok. Do Not recommend this hotel anytime
