OYO 18541 Hotel Haridev

Very poorly maintained room. No proper illumination. Clean but stinking toilet/bathroom. Big rat roaming freely in room, dusty cabinet and what not. No kitchen available in hotel so you won't get anything after service hours. Worst thing is receptionist tried to give himself 5 stars on OYO app pretending to confirm payment.. That explains very good rating on OYO app.. I'll never go again.. OYO plz cancel his registration for cheating customers with false self given rating.

The door was stuck and they don't regularly clean the rooms. The room was cleaned after I asked 4-5 times. The ac didn't have a remote and the lights in the bathroom are very bad, there is spider web everywhere in the room and bathroom. Even the beds and the pillows are of low quality, just gets the job done but when u are paying 1000 per night, its not done.

Very nice stay.. I booked Standard AC room. It was very nice.. Very cozy.. And the ac was working fine. Just 3 km from roorkee railway station. E rikshaw charges Rs. 10/-. And the hotel just opposite to this hotel is just awesome. You get very delicious food here ( NONVEG AND VEG) both. Only I felt a bit because WIFI is not available. But any how it's very cost effective and better for solo travellers and in friend's group .

the rooms were good.... but its good to eat any other place rather than this place... because they don't cook food... they simply purchase food from a dhabha and takes extra charges overall the room is ok you can stay here very easily.

The hotel found very poor quality, plus my Oyo booking was not accepted as the price offered by Oyo was lower than their expected price. Apart from this there was a lot of noise outside the room and they do not have any other food and drink service. These people order food from outside shop at a higher price. Also, hotel utensils were also found in very poor condition. I suggest not stay in this hotel.

Lovely stay clean rooms and bathroom friendly staff

The hotel ac was throwing water.. Not good then the washroom doesnt have soap or any handwas liquids and the bathroom doesnt have any towels. There was no remote of ac and unpaid tv channels

I booked it through oyo @ 676 /- (after promo code deductions). Hotel is on the shaharanpur-roorkee highway at Ramnagar chowk, nearly 3.5 km from roorkee railway station. Staff was good. Service also fine like cleanliness, wifi, gysers, AC (w/o remote), Kitchen etc. Though TV is available but not working at that time. Multiple restaurants (recommend: restaurant, Bhalla Bhojnalya) and sweet shops (recommended: rajbhog) near it. Hotel also provide the food but I think they arrange it from near by restaurant for you. Hotel provide you towel, moisturizer, shower gel and soap. No landline phone service in the room but u can order on no. Provided by them by your phone. There are other hotels also near by it but you can try it once.
