LOTUS HOTEL

Hotel rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff behaviour is also very good. But need to work on improvement of food quality. The most important thing is that the hotel owner is very kind. I want to share my experience with this hotel. I had an exam in Roorkee which was supposed to end at 4 PM and I had reached Roorkee a day before the exam, due to which I would have had to pay extra for almost half a day of hotel room. Because the departure time in all hotels is only till 12 noon the next day from arrival. But knowing that I had come to Roorkee because of an examination, the hotel owner did not charge me any extra payment for a few hours more stay.

Location of this pure vegetarian hotel is its biggest drawback. Otherwise food is ok. Also they must update their menu as it does not contain many items like stuffed naan, butter masala paneer etc which are available! If management becomes a little bit aggressive on publicity (focus on pure vegetarin food), this hotel may draw a crowd of vegetarian folks because only a handful of hotels (Prakash, Sawaria and a few) serve vegetarian food in Roorkee.

One of the nice hotel in Roorkee.... This hotel is recently opened approximately 1.5 - 2.0 months before, hence all the things found in place... Rooms are specious and well maintained...Furniture and interior of the rooms are nice except interior of Restaurant..Restaurant's interior is made up of wooden and seems as fired wood has been used as brown dark spot is there in design..It's not fired wood, but seems to me....Hence restaurant's furniture could be better.. Food at this restaurant is nice and tasty.. Owner and Staff of this hotel found to be kind and helpful... I can say that it is budget friendly hotel and when you visit you can get offers/discounts on food too.. Nice hotel and nice experience.. Thank you...

Posting here about the Newly introduced Buffett @ INR 150 /- per Head. I was one of the first few members to enjoy this Menu. Posting pictures related to same. Food was really amazing. Buffet being a self Service, waiters around were very helpful. Final Verdict : If you are in Roorkee and looking for some Pure Veg, Tasty Food in affordable Prices. You must Visit this place.

I walk in it with my family but their rates are so cheap and the quality is diamond my family feel very happy to walk in it we all give them tips and blessings in their taste and their rooms are also fab

Very Good behaviour of staff & very indian tasty food I have many times stay in this hotel.

Worst food, worst management. Not at all recommended for parties. There are other good hotels in the same line prefer those. Infact street vendors serves you the best.
