Hometel Roorkee - A Sarovar Hotel

I've been staying at this hotel for my business trips over the past six years, and it's consistently been a great experience. I've never faced any issues -- the service, accommodation, and food (both breakfast and dinner) have always been excellent. Even with staff changes over the years, they've maintained their high standards. A special mention to Anikesh in the restaurant for his exceptional cooperation -- he's the only name I remember, but the entire team has always been helpful and professional.

The experience and dining was great. The service was amazing including house keeping service. They listen to any complaint or any requirement fulfilment. Hence we can conclude that the experience was amazing in Roorkee. Thankyou for having me.

Nice ambience, ||Fantastic food. ||Great hospitality by hotel staff. ||Overall highly satisfied.||Good feeling.||Cab facility was vood.||Good variety of food.||Vrg food options should be further increased.||Gym/etc can be opened.||Gardening and flowering inside and outside can be improved.||Staffs are very coordial, but too much time pressure can be minimised by allowing them compensatory off/ payment.

I have visited the hotel for business purpose. Nice property to stay. Specially the staff was showing great hospitality. You can enjoy one of the best buffet at this price. Nikita in Front office, Seema and Anikesh in Restaurant, and Deepak in house keeping were great at their hospitality. Even I met chef Ganesh who prepared all wonderful dishes. Unfortunately room ac was not at par. But overall experience was good.

Generally a good budget hotel. Do not expect all electric points and fixtures to work. However a good and clean hotel available near Roorkee. Services by Arya has been good. He is polite , quick and always available for any support required. Wishing him the best in his career.

Very happy with the stay. The morning breakfast bar has healthy and variety if food choices. The staff there, aniket and Jayagram helped me with breakfast service and it was quick and I'm satisfied with the hotel and service.

Everything was very good, Specially Ms. Nikita who is attending guest with smiling face, Guiding guest properly and prompt response any questions.|Food quality was good, just to add on kindly keep room service charge same as that of dining rates as single person get board to eat dinner as single individual. Also provide bar services at MRP costs are to high currently.

Pros:- * In-house restaurant. * In-house GYM. Cons:- *I booked a double bedroom, and I got a 2 single beds room. Due to the reception having no records/updates of the guest's booking. * Room amenities, you have to ask them; they will not directly provide you. * No Bisleri/Aquafina water bottle inclusive in room tariff.
