The sweeping views, and especially at night, are mind-blowing. The view of the Ganges running beneath the starry sky and the surrounding hills is a magical and unforgettable experience. It's the ideal setting for relaxation and contemplation.||The services at Zana By the Ganges are excellent. The staff is attentive, courteous, and always willing to help. The hotel has excellent standards of hospitality, and the guests are made to feel at ease and well taken care of during their stay.||Special Note for Shreyata: A special mention has to be made of Shreyata. Her service was outstanding. She always went out of her way to make sure that our requirements were taken care of. Her friendly nature, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding service really made our stay special. Shreyata's efficiency and genuine concern worked wonders, and she is an asset to the hotel.

We stayed in this newly opened property for 3 nights in april. The rooms are exactly as per photos and spacious. It was an amazing feeling to sleep under the star lit sky and moonlight streaming from the large windows of the room. |The staff is courteous, polite and quick to assist. The restaurant food is delicious with an elaborate buffet menu for breakfast and dinner. Esp thanks to shri bhawani shankar for his help. |The view from the terrace is beautiful and is really nice to sit in the evenings. |It is value for money. Would highly recommend this property

Our room name was Beckham and each member of the staff were really friendly and helpful starting from the reception, dinning team and cleaning team. The property ticks all boxes of a comfortable stay and the location is scenic. What makes the stay very endearing is the fact, that each of the staff from front desk to the dining room, pays equal and prompt attention to all guests. At dinner time, the dining area was full as the hotel was fully occupied, yet, the chef and his team catered to each guest's preferences. The GM, Mr. Rawat, was on his feet to make the stay special, and I'm thankful for that. I will strongly recommend the property to all.

Our stay at Zana resort Rishikesh Uttarakhand was a pleasant experience for each and every person of our family. Had a wonderful stay at Zana, Rishikesh. We had a 3 night stay and it was such a comfortable and relaxing one. Everything was top notch, from the rooms to the service to the entire staff as well as the property as a whole! Even our small pet dog had a very welcoming experience - we were able to order all her food requirements and she was allowed to accompany us to all the spots in the property :) special mention to Bhavya, Shweta and the entire restaurant team

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel (ZANA BY THE GANGES, RISHIKESH). It was my first time, but the hospitality was excellent. They gave us the room at 7 AM upon request. Everything was great-- location, rooms, service, and staff. Everyone should definitely give it a try.
