I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I immediately felt at ease. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water, a coffee maker, and high-speed Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet -- fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for every taste. The hotel also has great facilities including a gym and a relaxing spa, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch service. I'll definitely be back.

The service can get better as I & my mom used to ask the staff 2-3 times the same things . Sometimes it used to take longer time for the service to be completed . Premium room was good with the view & the space was vast outside but the bathroom was quite not spacious . The food was yummy as it was breakfast included booking . Kettle was not working , Exhaust fan not there at bathroom , Bathroom smelt a lot !! Idk what was the reason of it despite the flushing & asked for the wiper so that we can clean the water after bath . Balconies were quite small . The guests / children in the other rooms were shouting, large groups up late, constant slamming of doors were a problem . Please make the rooms child free !! Hopefully the services can get better next time . Although it was good experience with divine circle which was there with meditation & sound bath which was inside the hotel itself . Please fix your rooms properly !!

The rooms were good and the location was perfect, but the main issue was with the service. The staff was very lazy, and the phone in our room wasn't working during our stay. We had to remind them minimum 4-5 times for basic services like an extra mattress or towel. Although the complimentary breakfast was good, the staff was again rude and slow. The staff copoerated with late check out. (Although we were checking in the same hotel again).

Tripli hotel of Rishikesh is complete no no for those who like spacious rooms and good service. Deluxe category rooms are really very small like a cage has balcony with no view the road to hotel was quite steep and narrow. Asked for towels but there laundry was delayed asked for 0 spice food for my kid then the food was extraordinarily spicy and there were two single beds joined to make one double bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep in. So in short I had a very bad experience with this hotel so wouldn't recommend it for anyone else.

The hotel itself is nice, we chose a premium room with a mountain view & balcony (we didn't see more basic rooms). Very comfortable bed & good, hot shower with a partition, it felt like a luxury not to be constantly with wet feet. The staff were sweet & helpful. Our big issue was the noise. If you are looking for peace & quiet in Rishikesh this is not your hotel. The guests in the other rooms were shouting, large groups up late, constant slamming of doors, music from the cafe. It's a shame because it kind of ruined our experience there but if noise isn't an issue for you then the hotel is great.
