We have been at the hotel since Friday 08/11/2024. The rooms are beautiful and view of Mother Ganga is beautiful. Hospitality is excellent. One of the boys was not feeling well and assistance from the hotel manager was beyond duty call. Excellence in humanity.

We had a horrible stay. Cons: Rude owners and poor management.Owners stay at ground floor and they are constantly watching every move , cameras are also installed inside the hall area next to the rooms. They have no other work except from watching the guests. Unwanted interference from owners, including shouting about plates left in rooms and peeking inside without permission, is a serious breach of guest privacy. Such behavior creates an uncomfortable environment and undermines trust.Overall not at all welcoming host. Property is not cleaned or maintained. We were told before booking that cleaning would be provided, but later they said it was our responsibility. Staircase and lift area very dirty. Utensils and gas stove were given in a filthy condition. Cameras installed inside the property, leading to an invasion of privacy. Nearby area is dirty, with household waste thrown on the roads. No facilities, cleanliness, good restaurants, or cafes nearby. Pros: Nice balcony view of the ma Ganga and mountains.

Quiet serene location overlooking the Ganga .. Away from the hustle bustle of the city but perfect for some recuperation time with self . The property is well maintained and staff is very courteous and responsive to needs . I stayed for a 4 nights and was very comfortable ..

The place was really beautiful and clean - very well maintained! The view was amazing. I'm always excited to stay in a homely property because we can cook food for parents/children & best part - we can also do laundry. The owners were very cooperative while booking this. Will recommend to my friends

The rooms are neat and clean . With great location. Staff is humble and took care of our needs. The stay was unforgettable.
