An utterly appalling stay at Rishikesh, marred by some of the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. My experience during my stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel staff neglected basic cleanliness standards in the rooms, and their only remedy for any issue was to simply change the room. During my two-day stay, I was repeatedly forced to move from one room to another. The rooms were poorly maintained, with stains and dust evident on the walls and floors, along with dust bunnies and spider webs scattered about. In addition, one of the lights in my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple requests for a well-lit room, I was provided with a room where the lighting issues persisted. The food service was equally subpar, with meals being served hastily and in very small portions, prompting guests to ask for additional servings. Even then, the service was slow, further compounding the overall negative experience. At checkout, I was rudely called and asked to leave immediately, with no consideration given to the fact that I had my ailing mother with me. Despite the availability of a late checkout option on MakeMyTrip for up to three hours, and the hotel being relatively under-occupied, my request was disregarded. When I confronted the staff about this, they even went as far as preventing my driver from starting the car to escort us out of the premises. Overall, it became evident that the hotel employed untrained local staff who lacked the necessary professionalism, ethics, and courtesy expected in a hospitality industry.

I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. The rooms are disappointing, lacking in both comfort and any scenic views, leaving you feeling cramped and unsatisfied. The location is also not ideal, and the overall experience inside the room feels far from sophisticated. The receptionist's attitude was off-putting, almost as if we were being forced to accept the room with little regard for our needs. The food was below average, and they strongly push you to opt for the buffet, which doesn't provide much variety or quality. We made a huge mistake paying INR 4,500 per night through MMT, as both MMT and the hotel turned out to be a waste of money. It's far better to book a stay at nearby hotels that offer better views of the Ganga River at a much lower price.

I stayed for 2 nights and I had an amazing experience. Food, room service and accommodation everything is worth spending your money. Hospital is great. Navneet served and took care of us with warmth and pleasure. I would 10/10 recommend it....

I had a great one-night stay at The Classio . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff specially mr. Ritesh and mr Ajay were friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at DLS Classio.. they have cooperative and friendly staff, the location is on road, near by to major tourist spots, auto stand is at 500m from the hotel. They have hassle free valet parking (basement parking). Rooms were clean, sanitised and food was tasty. Definitely a hotel to stay in if you are looking from ample parking space, near by to tourist spots, good variety of food and excellent service.
