Tapovan New Residency By FTP Hotels

I had a family stay at the place. The hotel staff was so polite and stay was awesome. We had a brunch at the hotel which was again quite decent. The place has a lot of parking space and good environment around. Market is also close to the hotel so you can reach there on foot.

Google ratings have shocked me. This place has very small rooms. Geysers that work weird. Had oil stains when served hot water I'm a flask They don't clean rooms... They don't provide towels unless asked.. And the lost goes on ...

Excellent resort in Rishikesh. The staff on the phone for booking were very helpful. Travelling with kids was made easy due to the small helps from the polite and nice staff. The location is near Laxman Jhula and quite near the river Ganga. Good for travel around the place. The approach road is however very narrow and taxi will drop u off about 100 mts from the gate. Food was quite nice including the breakfast and was served with a nice smile. Rooms were good. Kept resonably clean and neat but a bit on the costly side. However Rishikesh in general is on the costlier side. Heater for the rooms were provided at no extra cost. Overall a lovely stay in a nice resort . Thanks a lot team Tapovan

Everything in this hotel was nice. Nothing overwhelming or extraordinary but fine. The location is easily approachable by two-wheeler; however, it can be a bit tricky for four-wheelers.

It's located quite far into Tapovan. The cheapest room that most go for and what we went for had a weird smell + very dim lighting. Upgraded to a deluxe room and had a better experience.

I was very excited for my stay in tapovan new residency based on photos and review on the net but was deeply dissatisfied with the services. We were a group of 21 the staff was not accommodating with helping us settle after a strenuous trek. The rooms were not cleaned and bathroom had stains and hair from previous stay. The staff was not courteous enough to come to the rooms and help us resolve the issues overall an average stay.

Don't go by Google photos ..reality of room os extremely different. Breakfast quality and service is simply below average.. start for everything will be no.. and not at all kids friendly place to stay and food wise.ATTA means Maida in their hotel .Simply awful experience

I stayed in the property during my last visit to Rishikesh. Rooms are clean, food is good. Staff is always eager to help you out. Would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
