Most stupid thing you can do to your trip. This hotel is terrible! Room is stinking, a lot of party noise is there in my room. Rooms do not even have proper lights. No window, no balcony! You will even feel bad while sleeping in their bed and blankets. Worth hotel stay till date! The rating they have achieved is through promotions! Pathetic!

Booked this so called resort because it looked good in photos but when we reached there we were so disappointed.Our booking was non refundable so had to stay there. Rooms were very small and so were there beds. My height is 5'2 and my foot was like out of the bed. Regret was all i felt never staying in this hotel again.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the overall service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Definitely not worth the money

This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a special trip -- it was my newborn baby's first outing and also our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. There were several missing items and issues in the room, none of which were properly addressed. Neither the staff, property manager, nor the property agent took any responsibility. Even Agoda has been unresponsive and unhelpful. We felt like we were there just to report problems to the reception instead of enjoying our time. On top of that, the restaurant overcharged for everything -- even basic items like water were priced unfairly (INR 20 water charged as INR 40), and I was shocked to be asked to pay for ice cubes for the first time in my life. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had. Since no one is taking accountability, I will be raising this across every social platform I can until I receive a proper refund.

The rooms were not neat and clean. The bathroom door mat was not changed when we entered, and the replacement was also unclean. The bathroom door lock was broken. There was no toilet paper in the washroom. There was no dental kit in either of the rooms. The chair and dressing table were very dirty. The shower mixer faucet came off when I switched to hot water. The walls were in poor condition due to improper painting. The glass for holding the toothbrush in the bathroom was missing. There was no stirrer or mixer provided with the coffee/tea pouches. There was no parking space.

Worst experience ever. Rooms were dirty, and 90% of the time there was no electricity in the room. Just a tiny shady bulb glowing! Overcharging for extremely poor service. These guys didn't even have toiletries in the washroom. When asked for shower gel -- it was told to us that they didn't have it. I mean how could not even provide a shower gel when you are charging 5k+ for a tiny dirty room with no exhaust. Prefer going for other nearby options - having partnered with Nescafe or Gianis doesn't mean anything here. In fact, am shocked how reputed brands like Nescafe, The Waffle Co and Gianis are even associated with them.

Worst property in tapovan. A shitty smell all the time in hotel and rooms. Like shocks smelling.Rooms are dirty.Bathrooms are dirty and door handles are broken. Almirahs are broken no space to put your bags and laguage. Restaurant is very dirty. In the name of buffet breakfast only 4 items available.Tables and chairs are dirty.Insects in the rooms.

Worst service i have ever had. Manager is take things very casually and dont listen to any request, rooms look different from the photos, only the top 2 tier rooms look good
